Dr. Eaddy earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia, after completing his bachelor’s degree in biology at Morehouse University in Atlanta. He completed his family medicine residency at Atlanta Medical Center.

Christiana earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, after completing her Bachelor of Health Sciences degree at Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Christiana worked in hospital medicine and critical care, where she gained extensive experience managing complex patient needs.

Adebola Ojosipe, NP, is a certified adult gerontology primary care nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive care for adult patients age 18 and older. She is results-focused and dedicated to delivering patient-centered care that prioritizes long-term health and well-being.

Adebola earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked in the hospital operating room, gaining valuable clinical experience.

Jeffrey Williams, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who provides primary care for adults age 18 and older. He specializes in men’s health and the management of high blood pressure and brings additional expertise through his fellowship training in geriatrics.

Dr. Williams earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, Georgia, after completing his bachelor’s degree in biology and pre-medicine at Shorter University in Rome, Georgia. He completed his internal medicine residency at Metro Health, University of Michigan Health in Wyoming, Michigan, followed by a fellowship in geriatrics.

Dr. Williams emphasizes preventive care and early intervention, believing that proactive health management and strong patient-provider relationships are key to long-term wellness. He works closely with patients to develop personalized care plans that support healthy aging and quality of life.
