Each appt. the doctor does not know why I'm there even thought the doctor recommended this follow up appointment. This Dr had missed low iron on my bloodwork. My interactions with this doctor seemed to serve a referral source to other providers. I don't believe this doctor knows me well and it feels like starting at square one each time I have an Appointment. I haven't been happy with this care & plan to find a new PCP.

She seemed off and didn't really want to talk. She didn't make me feel welcome. I had so many questions but she wasn't really interested. I called to add weight loss concerns and she didn't even answer or address it after I emailed my concerns. Will find a different provider. My first appointment with her a year ago she was so amazing this appointment she was off and dismissive and seemed to be in a rush

She listened carefully and asked questions to clarify when reviewing my medical history and gave me an opportunity to ask questions as well. It was a good visit, and I am happy to have her as my new primary care provider.

Arrived at check in at 910am... one receptionist with a line of five people in front of me..after ten minutes I went to another area to check in...but had to go back in line which was now three more people to get paperwork printed out...Nurse called me in while I was standing in line and then printed paperwork...suggestion either get help for morning shifts or setup a kiosk like the lab for automated check or allow checkin and paperwork printing from any reception desk

Overall my visit was great. However the outpatient lab in Building B was not efficient at all. I waited there for 1 hour and left with the lab not done. The waiting area was packed with patients waiting since 9am. I arrived at 1129 and left at 1230 without the lab drawn. This was horrible. It was really great when the lab was in the same building as the Medical Center. I hope that this issue will be addressed. Thank you .
