My provider listens. She is very educated. She has wonderful bedside manner. She treats you as a human being and not just a name in a chart. And I will forever be grateful to her and her team. Everybody so far when I come in from the front desk to the back end to the doctor to people who take my blood pressure and my weight, everybody is professional, very kind, very thoughtful, very courteous, very, they have a good sense of humor. I just really enjoy coming there.

I do not agree with only addressing one issue per visit. Seems like a way to get more money out of patients. If there are several issues that are related to one underlying condition that has not been diagnosed doing several follow ups seems to be a Money grab I will be looking for a another provider for my primary care needs outside of the Wellstar system

Healthcare has become too transactional and a revolving door. You're so limited on what can and can't be discussed during an annual checkup. It's very frustrating and even the things that are "covered" aren't explained fully and are half done! Gone are the times when an annual exam meant you could discuss anything with your provider without everything being dissected and coded differently and results were fully discussed, you were educated on what they meant and not left guessing or having to ask a million questions. No assumptions has to be made not should they be. Doctors are supposed to be the experts, so why am I expected to read and understand the results on my own??? This "broad-stroke" approach is a real turn off! I want Healthcare that's fully explained, not a check-the-box method!

Honestly, don't want to put more people on to Dr. O, because it's getting harder to get on her schedule, but she deserves the recognition. By far, the best doctor I've ever had. If you're like me, and you've struggled with your weight and doctors have essentially bullied you about it, you may be apprehensive about going to the doctor. Dr. O makes each appointment feel like a safe space, and I never feel discouraged when I leave, only encouraged.
