Honestly, don't want to put more people on to Dr. O, because it's getting harder to get on her schedule, but she deserves the recognition. By far, the best doctor I've ever had. If you're like me, and you've struggled with your weight and doctors have essentially bullied you about it, you may be apprehensive about going to the doctor. Dr. O makes each appointment feel like a safe space, and I never feel discouraged when I leave, only encouraged.

I had to change my insurance carrier due to change of job and I was worried that I wouldn't find another good doctor. This provider appears to be very insensitive to the needs of elders. Sometimes it wouldn't hurt to ask if the patient has any questions or even if they understand clearly. If a provider is changing a patient's medication that the patient has been taking for a long time the provider should explain to the patient why the need for change. Providing providers, caring for geriatric patients should have a caring attitude. More self-awareness and more patient awareness.
