Whether you’re an established Wellstar patient or in search of a new provider, you can connect with a Wellstar primary care or specialty medicine expert from your phone, tablet or computer.
Virtual Care Visits
Wellstar ensures that anyone has access to healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic by offering virtual visits with a provider from the safety and convenience of your own home. Through telehealth, we are able to provide the personalized, tailored treatments our patients have come to expect from our world-class healthcare team. These virtual visits can be conducted over the phone or through video conferencing using a computer, cell phone or similar device.
Four Ways to Request or Schedule a Virtual Appointment
- Call the provider's office to request a video visit.
- Book an appointment online with one of our many providers who schedule video visits.
- Use your MyChart account to book a video visit (for established Wellstar patients only. Please see below for additional instructions.)
- See a provider now with WellstarON for immediate, urgent care.

Request a Virtual Appointment with a MyChart Message
Wellstar patients can request a virtual appointment in their MyChart accounts. If you don’t have a MyChart, sign up here.
Request a Visit Via Computer:
- Log into your account, and navigate to Messaging - Ask a Question and select New Medical Question.
- Choose your preferred provider, and select the subject of Request a Video Visit.
- Fill out the body of your message with your reason for requesting the visit and submit. Your medical office will contact you to schedule your appointment.
Request a Visit Via Mobile Device:
- Log into your account, and navigate to Messages. Select Send a Message then select Medical Advice.
- Choose your preferred provider, and select the subject of Request a Video Visit.
- Fill out the body of your message with your reason for requesting the visit and submit. Your medical office will contact you to schedule your appointment.
Please note: By requesting a video visit, you understand and agree you will be billed for your portion of this visit like in-person office visits. Please validate your insurance is up-to-date. If your insurance doesn't match what's currently in your MyChart, please contact your office to update your insurance or for other telehealth options.
