I just want to say that the entire staff was professional. Dr. Eaddy was knowledgeable and he catered to a lot of my needs that I had and he understood me. And I had had a pleasant experience and I would recommend him and his staff and Wellstar for that matter to any of my friends and family.

Everything is and was fabulous, however (that's a fancy but), I received a letter from my insurance company letting me know that Dr. Charles Eaddy and that group was dropping my insurance (Atna) . I'm very sad that I have to find another family doctor.

My appointment moved along well, no long waits and I felt like my concerns were all addressed.

I feel like I was hustled during my appointment. It was no reason other than get a co-pay out of me. I scheduled a physical. When I got there, I was told that I could not ask questions related to the physical and I would not have a physical by the doctor, even though many, and it was questionable even when the staff told me upon arrival that I may or may not actually have a physical according to the doctor. He also discouraged me from getting any scans or blood work done at that appointment for concerns that I had that seemed immediate because I may get charged because it wasn't my physical. So yeah, definitely not recommending. Sounds like it's just a hustle.

The staff upon entering, they're very welcoming at WellSTAR. The ladies always speak that are up front at intake when I go to the actual doctor's office. The ladies that work at reception desk, they're very receptive, very helpful, making sure I have my appointments, making sure things are set. When I go to see the nurse after I check in, the nurse is always making sure she takes care of my knees, taking my vitals and so forth and so on, ask any questions that need to be relayed to the doctor. Then when Dr. Eaddy comes in, Dr. Eaddy, I tell Dr. Eaddy what's going on with me. He checks me out. He examines me. Then there's something that he doesn't agree necessarily. For example, I asked about
