Below average. Went with an appointment at 5 PM only to be taken in at 6:40 PM. I understand there are walk in but what's the point in appointment if the appointment are taken in the same order as walk ins. The doctor experience was below average. He suggested we visit the child pediatrician instead of offering any treatment or medication. When informed that we were told by the nurse at pediatrics to visit urgent care because of unavailability of appointments he gave some prescriptions. That medication was also a suggested one and not based on any symptoms. All in all a through waste of time could have waited for a appointment to open at pediatrics instead of visiting this urgent care location

They're very responsive to phone calls. They get my messages directly to the doctor. The ladies at the reception are very helpful. They make sure I know the things I need to be aware of. The nursing staff of Dr. Eaddy is attentive to me as a patient. They ask the appropriate questions. They do follow up. And Dr. Eaddy does the task that he's in charge to do. He asks the appropriate questions. He checks my vitals. He checks my breathing. He checks my ears. He does all that stuff that's required. Giving tests like if I can move my arm a certain way and so forth. It was a good experience going to the doctor.

Overall wonderful experience all around, they listened with empathy and concern, they didn't talk over you, or make you feel dismissed nor make you feel like a burden. They educated and made you feel part of the experience and treatment plan. They didn't force things on you against your will. They listened to your concerns and worked to come up with a treatment that works for you and the condition they're treating. Just phenomenal experience!

Every staff member I came in contact with was very professional and caring. I have not seen that in a while. It's not good having to deal with others when you're sick, especially if you're not treated with respect and care. They were the absolute best!!

The doctor should be more mindful with people who suffer from depression of how they relate the fact that they are abused and maybe offer some help on how to fix it instead of just making you feel bad about what you haven't done to fix it.

Dr. Charles Eaddy is not a good fit for me as a primary care provider. He was extremely dry and impersonal, rarely asked follow-up questions, and showed little interest in what I was describing. I completely shut down and stopped sharing other symptoms that I need help with because I didn't feel heard or cared for. The front staff and nurse were nice, but the doctor's bedside manner was disappointing. If you want a doctor who just prescribes medications, he might suit you. But if you're looking for someone who listens, interacts, and helps you feel comfortable, look elsewhere. The visit was uncomfortable, unproductive, and ultimately a waste of time and money.
