Dr. Eaddy was very attentive to my dad and answered any questions we had. Kenyatta was very professional. the two front desk clerks were so pleasant and friendly and their smiles made me smile ? My dad did not wait long at all before being called!!!!! Thanks so much for a wonderful visit.

Your nursing staff and your front desk staff were really, really nice and cooperative, but your care person was miserable. He was awful. He acted like he didn't care, acted like he didn't want to even deal with the situation. So in future references, you need to examine the people you hire and get people in there that care about kids and care about people.

With the front office, that lady was real nice, real sweet. The staff was really understandable. They did a wonderful job. Mr. Charles Eaddy, there's nothing bad I can say about him. I just don't like going to doctors. So, I mean, I was already a little standoffish, but he did his job. He communicated, let me know what's going on, and he was trying to get to the bottom of it. Of course, like I said, I was a little standoffish, but he was patient enough to deal with me.

Everything is and was fabulous, however (that's a fancy but), I received a letter from my insurance company letting me know that Dr. Charles Eaddy and that group was dropping my insurance (Atna) . I'm very sad that I have to find another family doctor.

My appointment moved along well, no long waits and I felt like my concerns were all addressed.

I feel like I was hustled during my appointment. It was no reason other than get a co-pay out of me. I scheduled a physical. When I got there, I was told that I could not ask questions related to the physical and I would not have a physical by the doctor, even though many, and it was questionable even when the staff told me upon arrival that I may or may not actually have a physical according to the doctor. He also discouraged me from getting any scans or blood work done at that appointment for concerns that I had that seemed immediate because I may get charged because it wasn't my physical. So yeah, definitely not recommending. Sounds like it's just a hustle.
