The staff upon entering, they're very welcoming at WellSTAR. The ladies always speak that are up front at intake when I go to the actual doctor's office. The ladies that work at reception desk, they're very receptive, very helpful, making sure I have my appointments, making sure things are set. When I go to see the nurse after I check in, the nurse is always making sure she takes care of my knees, taking my vitals and so forth and so on, ask any questions that need to be relayed to the doctor. Then when Dr. Eaddy comes in, Dr. Eaddy, I tell Dr. Eaddy what's going on with me. He checks me out. He examines me. Then there's something that he doesn't agree necessarily. My experience was extremely good. I came because I wasn't pleased with my last provider. So I was really just looking for a new provider. From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor, they all were very friendly, very professional. I didn't have to wait a long time and I felt heard.
