My only issue was a day or so after my visit, my ear was throbbing due to she put the otoscope too far in my right ear. Now it throbs.

I'd like to say that Debbie NP (Adebola Ojosipe) was not only kind and caring but knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease. It was very clear that she cared for me and was supportive but also was very honest and evidence based. Maiya, MA was sweet, very gentle and on point! The ladies at the check inside the office were total gems! They were so nice and friendly! When you first enter the building, the young lady in the first spot on the right greeted everyone who walked by including me because I didn't know where I was going! But she was funny & sweet-I appreciate that. Last but not least, my girl destiny in the lab was fantastic. I'm pretty sure that she can do a blood draw in her sleep! She's very sweet, kind and made me feel comfortable. I think that there's a lot of negative in medicine with people quick to complain. I just want you all and them to know that I appreciate them so much! Their kindness made a difference. It meant a lot to me as a someone who also works in healthcare but as a patient who also needs care too. They are top notch! Please let them know along with their management team.

The doctor was extremely good. I pressed one by mistake at the beginning. It should be a four. She was an excellent doctor, gave me very good care, very good all around, 100%. So that one should not be a one at the beginning.

I love an appreciate my care team! I hurt my feet days before my visit and could barely walk to the doctors office! The ladies at the front immediately got me a wheelchair and pushed me to my appointment! The nurse that received me took me in! That was so helpful and sweet! They helped me with a loving attitude and saved the day! My nurse practitioner was kind, concerned and very professional! Thanks for a great visit that was not stressful! God is a good God!

I only wish I had some feedback following my results to explain the abnormal findings to me. I'm unsure if more tests should be done to determine if fatty liver is the cause of the elevated levels or is it something else.

The NP was fine but not being able to see or talk directly with Doctor Craton leaves me feeling as if I am not getting most educated and informed opinion. Just being referred to a specialist isn't nearly as helpful as being able to talk to the Doctor who has managed my care for 20 years.
