I wanted to say how wonderful every single person was from the lady at the front desk who was so sweet and very thorough and professional to everyone that took us, the nurse taking us back and for the doctor. She was fantastic. She was wonderful in every way. Kind, thorough, listened, takes her time to listen to me, everything I said, gave me great feedback, very knowledgeable, a wonderful experience. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much.

I stopped going to your labs at the facility for blood draws because I was always damaged and not treated well. That's why you got the five.

The woman didn't even look at my eye except from across the room to see if I had pink eye or an eye infection. She did provide eye drops. I was there 45 minutes and when I wanted to leave as I had another Dr appointment in Carrollton she decided to come back in and listen to my heart and lungs. That could have been done when she in there in the first time. I only took the eye drops on the 3 prescriptions she prescribed. If I have to see her again I'll probably pick urgent care. I have never given a bad report before.

I was very disappointed. I've been going to the practice for some time now. I was very disappointed on how my issue was handled. I've had a chance to speak to the practice administrator a couple of times and I'm still currently waiting on the response back from the practice administrator on a question that was asked, but I am now so disappointed with the level of care that I received that I am really considering switching my provider. And the reason being is because my blood pressure issue was not addressed. It made me feel like it wasn't important to the practice. And also when I did go in person for a follow-up, they forgot about me basically. And then it kind of feels like they tried to spend a story of that they were tied up with another patient as an excuse because, you know, it was just not a very pleasant experience.

I was very disappointed in the wait time. I scheduled a 7 a.m. appointment and I was not seen by a physician until 745. I know had I been 45 minutes late, I would have had to reschedule. I would just like the providers to be a little more respectful of our time as well.
