Very pleased with practically no waiting. Was called back to exam room actually five mins prior to my allotted time. The wait time for Dr. Mcginnis was less than 3 MINS. THANK YOU TO WELLSTAR AND TO DR. MCGINNIS TEAM.

Felt rushed, did not feel welcomed, never got the opportunity to really explain why I booked an appointment. I looked at my notes that were left in mychart an do not agree with everything that was written an those notes/topics was not discussed during visit. Also no one ever disclosed my weight.

Dr. Nathan is one of the best doctors I've come across for the years I have been living in Douglasville and I've been going to him. Dr. Nathan listens carefully and whatever he says and whatever he says to do, I just go ahead and do it and it always works. He's a very pleasant person, somebody who you can sit and actually have a conversation with. He's a very good doctor, a great one. And I recommend him to my family and my friends and I'll do it again anytime. He's a blessed person. Thank you.

Great Job!! Keep up the Good Work!! A Special shout to the two (2) Receptionists that checked me in. They (BOTH) went the "EXTRA MILE" in assisting me to get registered/signed. I didn't have my New Insurance card with me. They researched, called, looked up & ALL SORTS OF THINGS, to get me into the system, and allowed me to see my Dr McGinnis!! THEN after it was all said & done, I had to go back in again to see Dr McGinnis for a ""MEDICARE Physical"". So, "Many KUDOS To The Two (2) Ladies Out Front, Who Went ""ABOVE & BEYOND INFINITY"" To Get Me TOTALLY Taken Care Of!! Thank You Deeply & Sincerely Ladies!!!! I REALLY APPRECIATE It!!!??????????????????

There was a ugly exchange at the Lab. One your techs was rude to a elderly lady. This resulted in the Lady crying and truly being upset.
