Great Job!! Keep up the Good Work!! A Special shout to the two (2) Receptionists that checked me in. They (BOTH) went the "EXTRA MILE" in assisting me to get registered/signed. I didn't have my New Insurance card with me. They researched, called, looked up & ALL SORTS OF THINGS, to get me into the system, and allowed me to see my Dr McGinnis!! THEN after it was all said & done, I had to go back in again to see Dr McGinnis for a ""MEDICARE Physical"". So, "Many KUDOS To The Two (2) Ladies Out Front, Who Went ""ABOVE & BEYOND INFINITY"" To Get Me TOTALLY Taken Care Of!! Thank You Deeply & Sincerely Ladies!!!! I REALLY APPRECIATE It!!!??????????????????

I felt like I was rushed in and out. I understand the wellstar doctors have to see so many patients per day. Wellstar has gone down hill over the past years the patients come far behind the almighty dollar. Very dissatisfied with the wellstar system not this doctor he just following the over paid ceo orders.
