She then prescribed the medication that I needed as well as set up an ultrasound for another condition. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I also received a follow-up call from her later that day to inform me of my test and a plan and medication to treat my condition. I am very happy and pleased with her care.

Used to be, they checked their messages in the morning, at lunch, in the evening & made call backs the same day. Found out today, MyChart message returns can take 24 hours to 48 hours to get a response. That is sad, what happened?? Sure not what it used to be. I loved Miss Eunice the NP, she was wonderful.
