I was freezing to death up there and everything had dropped. My blood pressure, everything had dropped. And they put me right under a vent that was low in cold air. And then they moved me in there and put me around there just in a chair, recliner chair, at the back door. And every time they went out that door, I was freezing dead and they were still putting blankets on me. So I should have been somewhere where it wasn't so cold, especially since they couldn't, my oxygen was low. They couldn't get my temperature. Just a bunch of things.

Hi, so the nurse practitioner, I don't know, she made me feel not satisfied. She made a comment at the end of my visit that I didn't like. She pretty much told me that I look like I'm not going to be stuck eating meat anytime soon. I came with a digestive issue. I did not discuss meat with her. I don't know why she said that to me, but I was, yeah, I was insulted.

I was checked in on time and seen by the NP. No long wait and all my concerns were taken care of. Lab and Prescriptions were taken care of in a timely manner. Great job to the Staff.

When i told her about a diagnosis she looked incredulous and asked who told me i had that diagnosis, like I made it up or self diagnosed. I felt my concerns were dismissed and even my blood results weren't reviewed well.
