All the nurses are so friendly. Doctor Williams is a very good family doctor. He will listen to your concerns and answer your questions. Very understanding Doctor and is willing to give you different options to help any situation you have.

Dr. Williams is an absolutely magnificent physician. He goes into full detail of the issues, he listens to you, he lets you ask questions, and he answers them in a manner that you can understand.

Dr Williams is terrific. The lab needs to be reigned in. I arrived at the lab at 12:16. Signed in and rang the bell. I could see there were no patients. But I could hear the technicians talking and laughing. After a few minutes I rang the bell again. I knew they took lunch at 12:30 so I was concerned. The talking and laughter continued. Finally, I said to the ladies upfront "have they taken lunch early?" One lady said no and went into the lab area to tell them I was waiting. Then a technician came out and said she would check my orders. And apologized for my wait. I told her I rang the bell twice. She said they didnt hear because their supervisor had come in. BALONEY! They were laughing and talking so loud you could tell it was pure chit chat. That department needs supervision. Very unprofessional.

My after-visit paperwork was not submitted over to my surgeon's office. I'm still waiting for my clearance that was supposed to have been done by today. It was not received. Nothing has been sent to my surgeon. Thank you.
