Very Good and Staff Very Professional! Such a good facility to go to. I have been going here for almost forty years. Today was an unusual day. I have never waited more than 20 minutes on my appointment, but today I had a long wait. Then when I went to have my blood drawn, there was a sign there that said Closed. I had fasted since midnight the night before and was ready to eat but needed my blood drawn first because I am A Diabetic. It was 12:30 pm. Not Good!! Drs never finish the same time with their patients and therefore there should be at least two Flibotomist working. Then the blood clinic is ALWAYS OPEN to cover the patients. Now, I have to go another day to have my bloodwork completed. Concerned Patient!!

While I like Dr. Williams, the practice is too busy. It's very difficult to get appointments. It took me months to get a physical appt. & when I'm sick, it takes so long to be seen, the patient suffers an illness for days without getting medication. Its just 'big medicine.'
