I've learned my appointment should be made early in the morning when Dr. Williams is more app to stay on time, today's weight was almost 40 minutes before I got called back to the room. He did apologize, of course, and said it had been a crazy morning of which I understand, but I do appreciate the time he takes with me in every appointment.

Very Good and Staff Very Professional! Such a good facility to go to. I have been going here for almost forty years. Today was an unusual day. I have never waited more than 20 minutes on my appointment, but today I had a long wait. Then when I went to have my blood drawn, there was a sign there that said Closed. I had fasted since midnight the night before and was ready to eat but needed my blood drawn first because I am A Diabetic. It was 12:30 pm. Not Good!! Drs never finish the same time with their patients and therefore there should be at least two Flibotomist working. Then the blood clinic is ALWAYS OPEN to cover the patients. Now, I have to go another day to have my bloodwork completed. Concerned Patient!!
