The scheduling receptionist that answered the phone was very rude. I called because my appointment was scheduled under my old provider, and when I told the receptionist she tried to tell me that the doctor I saw was only doing my old provider a favor. And that I was not getting established with my new provider. She had no idea about my appointment or cared to ask. She immediately made assumptions about my visit. And gave me an attitude when I tried to tell her. I was very upset be because it took me months to get an appointment to switch providers, and I had already discussed with the office manager why I wanted a new provider. I cannot believe Wellstar would have a scheduling receptionist treat patients so badly. After she hung up on me, another receptionist called me back that was friendly, and polite. She fixed my issue with no hesitation.

I've been a patient for many years but now the parking availability is an issue. I had to drive around to find a nearby parking space. I was shocked at how empty my doctor's waiting room and offices were so I'm not entirely sure why the parking lot was so full without available spaces. This is a big issue that needs to be addressed as it's not a one time issue.

I'd just like to say that the girls work in the front desk, they're wonderful. And the staff back in the back, the nurses assistants, and even Dr. Patel, they're just really good. I really do like them a whole lot. Thank you.

Dr. Patel has been my PCP for over 16 years. He has consistently an efficiently taken care of my medical needs. At this visit, I was really sick. Dr.Patel diagnosed the problems, prescribed medications and treatment. Within a few days, I was much better. Much better because my doctor knew my medical issues and treated me accordingly.
