Wellstar's current prescription renewal policy sucks. You've added an aggravating additional step. It's causing me to run out of medications.

The doctor wanted me to have labs drawn. We were trying to check my insulin levels to see if I needed to be back on my metformin, but I couldn't have my labs done because the shots that were needed, y'all were out of in the lab. So they told me they couldn't do my shots. So I don't know when to come back.

The lab is absolutely insane this process has to be improved really a button you have to ring you need someone at the counter at all times to greet people do not write on poster board the lab people are super friendly felt like your in elementary school the process needs to be IMPROVED
