Dr. Saade was completely amazing and he took care of all of our needs, even in the scariest moments. Not only just him, but his staff as well. And they went above and beyond to make sure that we felt okay and safe. And we felt like they were very, very knowledgeable about what they needed to be. And it meant the world to us.

The entire staff was amazing as usual. Nurse Geneva is wonderful with my son! The music at the nurses desk wasn't playing like normal? We missed that for sure. Having a child that is autistic and gets upset easily, it is very nice to have the music in the background playing so the other patients in the surrounding rooms can not hear what's going on in our room. It is a good HIPPA tool to make sure our conversations stay private, just like the TV in the waiting room. My son can get loud sometimes when he is nervous. Without the music playing yesterday he and myself felt put on the spot to stay extremely quiet which is hard for him when upset, nervous and being hyper fixated on the visit. The music makes patients, parents and the staff stay upbeat and happy! It is a fact that singing and humming is a powerful tool for calming down and reducing stress levels for everyone. Not just patients on the spectrum. We both, my son and myself hope it is back for our next visit in three months. Thank you for always being so good to my son and family!

My child did horrible today. Well, not today. Last week, he did not have the music on and he really struggles with focusing and staying calm and the music helps him in the office, which is one of the reasons we started seeing him because he makes the experience so welcoming and calm for the kids and he also works with a lot of kids with autism and ADHD and a lot of those kids, high school kids, do very well trying to have that welcoming, calm, home feeling environment. So I do think the music needs to come back for sure.

I was FURIOUS to hear that Wellstar made the office stop playing music! That is one of my FOUR kids favorite things about his office. We have used Dr. Saade's office for 15 years and he has ALWAYS played music. DO BETTER, Wellstar! Let them have a little fun!

When my son arrived in the treatment area something seemed different. And although the staff was their typical upbeat selves I later realized that the music was missing. The music seems to relax the kids and make the staff/ environment more relatable especially for the children.

I am thankful for Dr. SAADE & the staff at Wellstar Pediatrics. Everyone genuinely cares about us & our well being. I have been coming to this clinic for 18 years with three Children as patients. The only thing missing that makes us smile more than the staff was the MUSIC!! I enjoy hear it & getting our children's mind of why we're really there (immunizations, sickness & flu/colds, allergies & overall poking &) prodding)). The music brings a calm environment to my otherwise ADHD family. I hope that was a one time disturbance of silence. Thank you everyone for ALL YOU DO. It is appreciated!!

My grandson had an appointment today with Dr Saade. Once I got to the back in a room I immediately noticed there was no music playing. So I asked and was told they were not allowed to play it any longer. Well, I think you made a big mistake because when the music was playing pts, employees all seemed to be in GREAT spirits! Today, I noticed everyone seemed gloomy and down and was not as upbeat. Very disappointed to find out this information. PLEASE RECONSIDER!!!

All four of my children have all been seen by Dr. Saade since birth. I drive almost 2 hours one way to make sure that my children go to his office. He is amazing.! I trust him 100% with their health care. He is caring and understanding. He not only listens to me but he takes the time to actually talk to them and address any concerns that they have.

The environment is not as fun and relaxed without the music, especially for the kids. It is so silent! Music is a mood booster. Staff is always nice and helpful!!

My grandson had an appointment today with Dr Saade. Once I got to the back in a room I immediately noticed there was no music playing. So I asked and was told they were not allowed to play it any longer. Well, I think you made a big mistake because when the music was playing pts, employees all seemed to be in GREAT spirits! Today, I noticed everyone seemed gloomy and down and was not as upbeat. Very disappointed to find out this information. PLEASE RECONSIDER!!!

I am thankful for Dr. SAADE & the staff at Wellstar Pediatrics. Everyone genuinely cares about us & our well being. I have been coming to this clinic for 18 years with three Children as patients. The only thing missing that makes us smile more than the staff was the MUSIC!! I enjoy hear it & getting our children's mind of why we're really there (immunizations, sickness & flu/colds, allergies & overall poking &) prodding)). The music brings a calm environment to my otherwise ADHD family. I hope that was a one time disturbance of silence. Thank you everyone for ALL YOU DO. It is appreciated!!

When my son arrived in the treatment area something seemed different. And although the staff was their typical upbeat selves I later realized that the music was missing. The music seems to relax the kids and make the staff/ environment more relatable especially for the children.

My child did horrible today. Well, not today. Last week, he did not have the music on and he really struggles with focusing and staying calm and the music helps him in the office, which is one of the reasons we started seeing him because he makes the experience so welcoming and calm for the kids and he also works with a lot of kids with autism and ADHD and a lot of those kids, high school kids, do very well trying to have that welcoming, calm, home feeling environment. So I do think the music needs to come back for sure.

The entire staff was amazing as usual. Nurse Geneva is wonderful with my son! The music at the nurses desk wasn't playing like normal? We missed that for sure. Having a child that is autistic and gets upset easily, it is very nice to have the music in the background playing so the other patients in the surrounding rooms can not hear what's going on in our room. It is a good HIPPA tool to make sure our conversations stay private, just like the TV in the waiting room. My son can get loud sometimes when he is nervous. Without the music playing yesterday he and myself felt put on the spot to stay extremely quiet which is hard for him when upset, nervous and being hyper fixated on the visit. The music makes patients, parents and the staff stay upbeat and happy! It is a fact that singing and humming is a powerful tool for calming down and reducing stress levels for everyone. Not just patients on the spectrum. We both, my son and myself hope it is back for our next visit in three months. Thank you for always being so good to my son and family!

Dr. Saade was completely amazing and he took care of all of our needs, even in the scariest moments. Not only just him, but his staff as well. And they went above and beyond to make sure that we felt okay and safe. And we felt like they were very, very knowledgeable about what they needed to be. And it meant the world to us.
