Bruce E. Alayof, M.D., F.A.C.C, was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and received a bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Duke University. After graduating with distinction from the University of North Carolina Medical School in 1997, he went on to complete his Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Disease fellowship at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA.
Dr. Alayof enjoys the practice of general cardiology and has a special interest in consultative cardiology and non-invasive imaging.
He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. He is currently on staff at Wellstar Cobb, Douglas, Kennestone and Paulding hospitals.
