Dr. Patel, originally from Houston, is an invasive cardiologist with board certification in Cardiovascular Disease and nuclear cardiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
Dr. Patel graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Texas at Austin. He completed medical school and internal medicine residency at The University of Texas – Houston. He completed a fellowship at The Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Va.
Dr. Patel’s interests include preventive cardiology, nuclear cardiology, ischemic heart disease, and pulmonary hypertension. Dr. Patel also has experience in sleep medicine for which he is board eligible.
