Dr. Carolyn Smallwood received her bachelor’s degree from Toccoa Falls College in Toccoa, Ga., and her master’s degree in public health from A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Miss. She obtained her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, Ga. Dr. Smallwood completed her residency at Southern Family Medicine in Pueblo, Colo.
Dr. Smallwood is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the American Osteopathic Association. She is a diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine.

I've never left a review for a doctor before but I was so relieved & grateful leaving her office that I texted my family & friends about it right away. She didn't rush me or make me feel like she was just trying to put a bandaid over my health problems & push me out the door. I'm so excited to get some answers & make progress! I am truly thankful for her & her office!

The only issue I had was over a hour wait to get the blood work done. It was probably because it was close to lunch time. The ladies drawing the blood were amazing! It certainly wasn't their fault for being behind!
