Dr. Carolyn Smallwood received her bachelor’s degree from Toccoa Falls College in Toccoa, Ga., and her master’s degree in public health from A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Miss. She obtained her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, Ga. Dr. Smallwood completed her residency at Southern Family Medicine in Pueblo, Colo.
Dr. Smallwood is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the American Osteopathic Association. She is a diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine.
