He truly made every effort to make sure I clearly understood everything concerning my care. I felt that he definitely cared about me as a patient and gave me lots of encouragement to continue what I'm doing. I would question the reason he cut my dosage on my sleep pills. I was sleeping well, just a little sleepy after waking but not enough to be of concern. Now I'm not sleeping at all.

I wish the doctors assisting her were better equipped to provide accurate and professional answers to patients. I also wish they were more knowledgeable about sleep acne and the services they provide. I simply wish they were more ethically and professionally prepared. I didn't feel comfortable with the information the doctor's assistant gave me. The doctor was fine, but I didn't feel the nurse provided good service or information that made me feel safe. I felt confused and frustrated with her. Thank you.
