It was truly disappointing that on the visit to the doctor's office, the front desk staff, the nurse, the doctor, and the phlebotomist could see the age of the patient and yet not wish her a happy birthday at 100 years old. a patient that was sitting in the office when told that she just turned 100 to wish her a happy birthday. But the doctor, the check-in person, the check-out person, nobody was kind enough, thoughtful enough to actually wish her a happy birthday.
