From I-285:Take the South Atlanta Road exit and go North/West approximately 1 mile, turn left at red light on to Cumberland Pkwy. The road will change names after you cross over South Cobb Dr. into East/West Connector go approximately 6 miles to the intersection of Austell Road,you should be in the far right lane turn right on to Austell Road. You should get into the left hand lane at the first red light, make a left on to Hospital South Drive. We relocated in the five-story physician's building on the left next to Wellstar Cobb Hospital, 1700 Hospital South Drive. Suite 500.

Prescription Refills
FOR CURRENT PATIENTS ONLY: If you would like to request a refill please contact your pharmacy and have them request it electronically. Please note that we will not approve any refills if you have not been seen for your annual visit within the previous 12 months.
