Everyone was great! I do have to say for it being a women's health place and as a women's healthcare professional myself, the phlebotomist should have a nicer approach to the patients. As a patient today, I felt that the phlebotomist who assisted me was rude and made what should have been a routine blood draw unnecessarily uncomfortable. Her tone and manner of communication came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I understand that healthcare workers have busy days, but patients still deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect especially at a women's health facility.

I felt that all of the providers I worked with today were caring and genuinely concerned for my health and safety. When I asked questions, they gave me well considered responses that allowed me to make decisions I was comfortable with and didn't pressure me into a making a specific decision. Great, redemptive experience South Cobb. I wish I could see the CNM I saw today for the remainder of my pregnancy!
