I love the practice I wouldn't go anywhere else. The fact that you have free parking is a major pulse as well. This facility is amazing from staff down to the architect of the building. Very conveniently located to the freeway. Last but not least. My Dr. Hall is amazing, kind , and treats you just like family. Thanks WellStar!

Dr. Hall was the only OB-GYN I've ever actually spoken to that listened to and understood my concerns and what I wanted to do with my body. So I greatly appreciate her for that and I really love that I got scheduled with her.

Dr. Hall is amazing. As a black woman, I felt super comfortable discussing things with her. She was very kind, gentle, and listened attentively to me. Highly recommend! The only thing I don't like is the office only schedules 90 days in advance. Also, it seems a chaperone is now mandated which seemed weird (I could understand if it was a male doctor), but didn't make a difference either way.

Dr Hall is amazing! Ever since my first visit approximately 7 years ago, I have always been comfortable and confident with Dr Hall. She has seen me through difficulties of getting pregnant, getting pregnant, delivering my son and now perimenopause. Dr Hall always comes in and listens to all of my questions and answers them fully. I truly appreciate her so much!

Dr. Hall is great but the nps were unprofessional. One was uncomfortable around me when I mentioned I was nervous about my evaluation, they were gossiping, and NP and a lady at the front desk weren't as welcoming when I was leaving the office.

When I got my abnormal results and asked to speak to the doctor, the nurse kept refusing to give the doctor the message. Once it was forwarded to the doctor she wasn't responsive only sent me a MyChart message asking me what questions I had. Why would a doctor not call their patient back with questions about results. Why do I have to make another appointment and be charged to speak to the doctor about my results.

When I said I didn't want to see it, she like totally understood, was like, yep, you turn away. Like, I didn't have to explain anything or clarify. It just was very easy. So I think that was like a noticeably positive experience. And I really appreciate it. And I hope you guys have a great day.

I love the practice I wouldn't go anywhere else. The fact that you have free parking is a major pulse as well. This facility is amazing from staff down to the architect of the building. Very conveniently located to the freeway. Last but not least. My Dr. Hall is amazing, kind , and treats you just like family. Thanks WellStar!
