The staff was friendly but made no effort to acknowledge it was my first time visiting there and that they wanted to introduce themselves. The doctor just basically, she was perfectly nice, but in and out, do your business, move on so that if I do have issues in the future, I am not very likely to seek out this provider and feel like she would take any time to listen to anything I have to say because she didn't take even a couple minutes just to chat or try to get to know me.

Scheduling was very hectic. I was scheduled to go to the Binnings Park and instead they told me the day before that I'll have to be going to the one in Wellstar in Austell. Very unprofessional and very inconsiderate of the commute that I'd have to take.

Brittany was very nice and kind during my visit. Dr Hall always takes her time and is patient to answer all my questions, plus, taking a few minutes to just check on me and my overall wellbeing. Thanks again ladies for a great visit.

I received a call from my pharmacist Walmart informing me that they could not feel my prescription without speaking to the provider or the facility due to the possibility of interaction with medication. The pharmacy informed me they left a message and hasn't received a return phone call . They asked me if the provider advised me not to take simvastatin while taking the medication prescribed for me at today's visit and I informed them no I was not instructed regarding any such thing . I sent a message in my chart to Dr Hall asking if she or someone from the staff could reach out to Walmart pharmacy so that I can get my prescription filled because I'm in extreme discomfort and no one has reached out to me or Walmart. It almost feels like that portion of my visit for today didn't produce what was needed. Although Dr. Hall was pleasant, feel that the end result could have been better and she should have discussed my medications to ensure that what she was prescribing what coincide with the meds I'm already taken.

The staff was friendly but made no effort to acknowledge it was my first time visiting there and that they wanted to introduce themselves. The doctor just basically, she was perfectly nice, but in and out, do your business, move on so that if I do have issues in the future, I am not very likely to seek out this provider and feel like she would take any time to listen to anything I have to say because she didn't take even a couple minutes just to chat or try to get to know me.
