From the time I walked in the office until the time I left, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism. They made me feel like I mattered, that they knew me personally, they knew my history, and Dr. Hall is absolutely amazing.

I would just recommend better understanding or better empathy when it comes to the front office staff. I just don't believe that they are as warm or they don't mimic the same energy as the clinical staff who were very warm, kind, and understanding.

I was a little disturb that the receptionist verified she checked me in and after 30 minutes pass my appointment time, I had to let another associate know, that I had not been called yet. It was because the receptionist did not conplete my check me in.

The care that I received from the nurses was wonderful as soon as I walked through the door, I was called back within three minutes they took my vitals took my information. It was a great experience. She took My to my room, and after that the doctor may have walked in within eight minutes She was so sweet and nice and conversational. I will recommend this healthcare facility. Thank you, OB/GYN.
