My experience with Stacey and Sandy was one of the best visits I have had at the gynecologist office in years . They both were very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to listen and guide me .I appreciate them both more than they will ever know! It reminded me of my days back at South Cobb OB/Gyn ! I think that the wait time was extremely delayed. I had an appointment for 10.15. I don't believe that I was seen by the doctor until maybe like an hour, hour and a half later. I didn't end up leaving the doctor's office until close to 1 o'clock. I also asked for some water and you guys didn't have any water at the facility. And I think that's kind of outrageous, especially when you have pregnant women at that office. You should have water that's accessible. Thank goodness for the nurse. She did find me some. But overall, my complaint is just the wait time, no access to water. And when the provider came in, she didn't even greet me. She just started talking. I would have appreciated an introduction.

Hi, I really loved the nurse practitioner, Stacey. She was very professional and helped me a lot. However, I did not like the location at all. The table where my legs were up in stirrups was pointed toward a window where the shades had cracks in them where someone could see from the outside, where the shade ended on the sides. You could see through the window. The shades didn't totally cover the window, but we liked nobody looks up there. So I don't recommend it in the office. The room, exam room was very small. So it was no way to turn the exam table. So I wasn't really thrilled with the location of this practice, but I did really adore Stacy. I give her a 10 plus 10 plus 10. All right, thank you.

I've never been to this location before. It seemed very unprofessional. We had to sit in the waiting room 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Then proceeded to get decent care, but very delayed. We were there for a regular prenatal appointment. The appointment itself took less than the wait we had to endure. Staff seemed bothered by other peers actions and them not putting the patient first they would rather speak to each other while the have patient in the waiting room or exam room. Doctor seemed just as unorganized and forgetful. We will not be returning to this location. EVER.

During my visit, I experienced both positive and negative interactions within the staff. The most negative interaction would be at the front office desk clergy or clerks that are working up at the front. They are rude, very dismissive. One in particular that was doing the appointment scheduling that sat near the exit was exceptionally disrespectful, dismissive, and exuded a level of unprofessionalism that I had never experienced at that practice or any COP, OBGYN facility. And during that visit, that particular young lady had to be reprimanded by management.

I do feel I felt rushed at the end of the appointment, which I was on time for the appointment, so there was no reason for her to rush me at the end. And therefore, I don't know, or I more than likely would not recommend her to anyone else. I would want to see another nurse practitioner. I don't feel it's good to be rushed, especially when you are concerned with your ovaries and your women private areas. That's not something that should be rushed, that should be handled with care. And she did not do that.

The table where my legs were up in stirrups was pointed toward a window where the shades had cracks in them where someone could see from the outside, where the shade ended on the sides. You could see through the window. The shades didn't totally cover the window, but we liked nobody looks up there. So I don't recommend it in the office. The room, exam room was very small. So it was no way to turn the exam table. So I wasn't really thrilled with the location of this practice, but I did really adore Stacy. I give her a 10 plus 10 plus 10. All right, thank you.

I think that the wait time was extremely delayed. I had an appointment for 10.15. I don't believe that I was seen by the doctor until maybe like an hour, hour and a half later. I didn't end up leaving the doctor's office until close to 1 o'clock. I also asked for some water and you guys didn't have any water at the facility. And I think that's kind of outrageous, especially when you have pregnant women at that office. You should have water that's accessible. Thank goodness for the nurse. She did find me some. But overall, my complaint is just the wait time, no access to water. And when the provider came in, she didn't even greet me. She just started talking. I would have appreciated an introduction.

My experience with Stacey and Sandy was one of the best visits I have had at the gynecologist office in years . They both were very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to listen and guide me .I appreciate them both more than they will ever know! It reminded me of my days back at South Cobb OB/Gyn ! Love that whole team
