During my visit, I experienced both positive and negative interactions within the staff. The most negative interaction would be at the front office desk clergy or clerks that are working up at the front. They are rude, very dismissive. One in particular that was doing the appointment scheduling that sat near the exit was exceptionally disrespectful, dismissive, and exuded a level of unprofessionalism that I had never experienced at that practice or any COP, OBGYN facility. And during that visit, that particular young lady had to be reprimanded by management.

The nurse assistant did really well. I felt like she listened to my problems and wrote everything down when I was in triage. However, I do feel the nurse practitioner that was assigned to me, which is Stacey, she did not take the time to really listen to my issues thoroughly. I do feel I felt rushed at the end of the appointment, which I was on time for the appointment, so there was no reason for her to rush me at the end. And therefore, I don't know, or I more than likely would not recommend her to anyone else. I would want to see another nurse practitioner. I don't feel it's good to be rushed, especially when you are concerned with your ovaries and your women private areas. That's not something that should be rushed, that should be handled with care. And she did not do that.
