I felt my time with Dr Rao was very quick and could have had more dialogue regarding the meds I would be prescribed. I found myself searching for questions to ask. Overall I moved through check-in and the visit in record time compared to other appointments at WellStar so that's a big win!

So the provider wasn't rude or anything, but she just seemed not invested in providing a lot of information. So she just came in and it was like, oh, do you have any questions? So for a couple like having their first child, like we actually don't necessarily know the questions to ask. And so there just wasn't any information provided. We had to be the ones to generate any questions. And she answered the questions briefly and quickly, almost as she seemed like she was ready to go. So she's not a provider I would prefer to work with. I like providers who are thorough, invested, seeming, and provide information without the customer having to solicit that information. I would like to be guided through the process because this is new for us. So I would prefer to feel more supported and have a provider that feels more supportive.

I called and made appt specifically for information on HRT and annual exam. I would usually see a NP, but was told I needed to see Dr. for the HRT. The nurse who took all my information at time of visit also said no problem Dr. could help with information. She was great. Once Dr. Rao came in, I started telling her about my insomnia, brain fog and other symptoms only to be told, I am sorry I cannot discuss this on this visit, you need to make another for HRT. I got a simple exam, (did not need pap) and left in tears knowing I wasted 3 months to get this appt for nothing to help me with my day to day issues that are disrupting my life. Dr. Rao is also booked up for next 2 months and July calendar was not available to schedule. I will not be coming back. Overall I give Wellstar high marks in every other area of care and customer support. Just not this experience. Very disappointing and I will be going outside of Wellstar for my menopause management. Thank you.

From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable. Ashley was Amazing !!!! Dr Rao was absolutely incredible!!!! Then I went to the Lab for bloodwork and I have to say "Stephanie" put the icing on the cake!!!!

The survey questions were a challenge because this is my first visit with Dr Rao. She was very nice and listened when I spoke. I felt my time with Dr Rao was very quick and could have had more dialogue regarding the meds I would be prescribed. I found myself searching for questions to ask. Overall I moved through check-in and the visit in record time compared to other appointments at WellStar so that's a big win!
