About Milele Francis, MD
Dr. Milele B. Francis received her BS in Biology from Spelman College, Atlanta, GA. After undergrad, she returned to her home state to attend medical school at the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine. Upon completion of medical school, she relocated to Hartford, CT for her residency in Ob-Gyn at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center. Dr. Francis enjoys preventative women’s health and education. She is able to offer a wide range surgical and non-surgical options for treatment of women’s health issues. Dr. Francis is board certified in Ob Gyn and she is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also a member of the Medical Association of Georgia. Dr. Francis has been practicing at Wellstar South Cobb ObGyn since 2004.

I am very pleased with my appointment with Dr. Francis. She was very informative and explained everything in detail of what was going to take place for my wellness appointment. Dr. Francis listened to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend Dr. Francis to anyone who needs a Gynecologist. . I am very pleased with the staff and their ability to help me with my visit.

I liked that they didn't keep me waiting long. I was in and out very quickly. Two thumbs up!! They only reason I rate referring the dr to others higher is because it's too hard to make an appointment.

Dr. Francis was very nice and thorough during my visit. All of the staff were very friendly. So it was a great experience. So I have no complaints about my visit.

When I called to make my appointment, I specifically stated that i was coming in for a second opinion on hormone replacement. Dr Francis never covered it in the appointment and refused. Made me get a pap and told me i had to make another appointment to speak about hormone replacement. To me this is fraudulent and up- charging. My friend went to a different provider and did not need to have two separate appointments? So now i have to pay two co-pays and you have two separate charges to my insurance company? I work for an insurance company. So many wonder why health insurance & health care is so expensive? This would be a great example!! On top of the time i have to miss work. Womens health is important at any stage of life.

It is rare to meet a doctor's office staff who are so pleasant and friendly! Everyone was polite and interested and efficient. Michelle was quite nice and just smiled during our whole encounter. Dr. Frances is amazing. She listens carefully, is patient and gentle, and I feel like I am in the best possible hands with her and the practice.

I didn't get any solution and felt like it was completely pointless appointment, we just went over everything in my chart which I already have access to, I paid $184 for nothing
