About Milele Francis, MD
Dr. Milele B. Francis received her BS in Biology from Spelman College, Atlanta, GA. After undergrad, she returned to her home state to attend medical school at the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine. Upon completion of medical school, she relocated to Hartford, CT for her residency in Ob-Gyn at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center. Dr. Francis enjoys preventative women’s health and education. She is able to offer a wide range surgical and non-surgical options for treatment of women’s health issues. Dr. Francis is board certified in Ob Gyn and she is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also a member of the Medical Association of Georgia. Dr. Francis has been practicing at Wellstar South Cobb ObGyn since 2004.

Dr. Francis is the best she delivered my son 15 years ago and from day one I felt comfortable shed presented herself and services as carful putting the patient needs first, she has listened and I feel very comfortable as a patient. I trust her.I am still happy and satisfied with her advice and health care setvices

I had a great experience from the time I walked in to the time my visit was finished. My only complaint would be that when I seen the doctor she didn't know my history, which makes me believe that my chart wasn't reviewed before my appointment. I had to tell her about my previous appointments with the other doctor I seen in that office. I usually like to go to the same doctor to get familiar with them and them with me. I just recently changed to this office back in 2025 as a new patient at this office. Unfortunately, the doctors are all so busy here and I couldn't schedule my appointment with the same doctor I seen the year before. I think if I would have the same doctor as the last visit of the year prior she may have known my history. Other than that the visit was great

My experience was a very pleasant one. As always Wellstar doctors never disappoint. This was my first experience at this facility. I found it to be extremely clean and very neat. Everyone with whom I came in contact was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Since my original gynecologist recently retired this was my first time seeing this doctor. I will continue to see this doctor for ad long as she is at Wellstar.
