The entire staff was great. Very welcoming and listened with urgent concern about my issues. As an ER follow up, I have never been to this office before so for my first visit I was very relieved to feel like I was being taken care of by nurses and doctors who genuinely cared about my well-being.

Yes, I was able to have an individual in the room with me during my exam. It was just something that is new and done and I appreciated that, as well as the sign on the cabinet that let me know that if I raised any issues, that that would count as a visit, even though I was there for an annual exam. So that's good to have good placard.

Today was my post op and I don't have to return until next year. I am left feeling so much more informed about my health. I received a diagnosis I should have had decades ago, that helps shape an important preventive health strategy for my current phase of life and health. I'm so pleased with this experience. And, I don't only mean the two Dr's and ARNP. I mean everyone I interacted with at this practice from check-in and check-out, to billing and scheduling. It has been a very good experience and I will not hesitate to recommend this practice in the future.
