Jeffrey Williams, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who provides primary care for adults age 18 and older. He specializes in men’s health and the management of high blood pressure and brings additional expertise through his fellowship training in geriatrics.

Dr. Williams earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, Georgia, after completing his bachelor’s degree in biology and pre-medicine at Shorter University in Rome, Georgia. He completed his internal medicine residency at Metro Health, University of Michigan Health in Wyoming, Michigan, followed by a fellowship in geriatrics.

Dr. Williams emphasizes preventive care and early intervention, believing that proactive health management and strong patient-provider relationships are key to long-term wellness. He works closely with patients to develop personalized care plans that support healthy aging and quality of life.

Chinomnso Onyekaba, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides primary care for adults age 18 and older. She specializes in women’s health with a particular focus on sexual health and is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Dr. Onyekaba earned her medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, after completing her bachelor’s degree in biological science at Georgia State University. She completed her family medicine residency at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System in Spartanburg, South Carolina, where she also served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Onyekaba values building strong relationships with her patients and creating a safe, respectful environment for open communication and shared decision-making.

Tolani Oworu, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides comprehensive care for adult patients age 18 and older. She specializes in women’s health with a particular focus on managing high blood pressure and promoting overall wellness.

Dr. Oworu earned her medical degree from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine after completing her bachelor’s degree in biology from Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois. She completed her residency at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia.

Ibrahim Zeinaty, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides primary care for adults age 18 and older. He specializes in men’s health and the management of high blood pressure and high cholesterol, with a focus on preventive care and long-term wellness. He is fluent in Arabic.

Dr. Zeinaty earned his medical degree from Damascus University in Syria and completed his family medicine residency at The Medical Center of Columbus in Columbus, Georgia.

Eunice earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama. She is dedicated to delivering patient-centered care that supports long-term health and wellness.

Christiana Jones, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive primary care for adult patients age 18 and older. Christiana earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, after completing her Bachelor of Health Sciences degree at Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Christiana worked in hospital medicine and critical care, where she gained extensive experience managing complex patient needs.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked in the hospital operating room, gaining valuable clinical experience.
