Well, there was a little wait time and I was rushing. However, the doctor was extremely informative and caring about what was happening and she wanted to give me all the information I needed and I'm the one that had to rush out. So yeah, it's just I'm just grateful that they were extremely helpful and they made me feel really confident about my upcoming surgery. Thank you.

Wait times are long. I waited 55 minutes to be taken back to have my vitals taken. After my vitals were taken, I waited another 30 minutes to be taken to an exam room. In total I was there over 2 hours. I am very happy with the treatment and professionalism of Dr. Chang and her staff. This is not the first time I have waited over an hour. Some of the women in the waiting area said this was their same experience.

Dr Chang and Randi are great. They are always nice, always listen and make sure everything is explained well so I can understand it. Even though pap smears are not an ideal situation, they both make the visit as comfortable as possible. I currently drive from Rockmart for my visits and if Dr Chang switched offices, I'd follow her.

If you make an appointment with this provider, expect to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes before being called in to see the doctor. My appointment is scheduled for 1:45 pm with showtime of 1:30 pm. I was there at 1:30 pm, waited, and was not called in until 2:20 pm.

Overall, the experience was really great. I have very much thought that the doctor, she informed me very well. The only thing that I didn't like was the wait time. I did wait for an hour before I was seen, even though my appointment was at 12:45. And as a result, I did miss something that I had planned later in that day. And then also, I had some issues. I mean, it's my fault, but I had issues with like the urine test, like you have to do the urine test before they do the exam. And I felt that like during the time I was waiting, if I had been able to do that then, then it wouldn't have taken as long. Besides the wait time, everything else was perfect. Everybody was very nice. I will definitely go back there again. I just, that was the only thing.

Dr.CHANG and M.A Randi are the best duo ever . I appreciate both of them for taking they time out to squeeze me in on my visit. Especially with my Pap smear it wasn't bad at all . It wasn't painful and I love how RANDI was talking to me throughout my procedure . She made my stress level so down . I appreciate you both for caring for me .

Dr.Chang is the truth! All of my concerns were address without me having to say anything. Most doctors put a bandaid on concerns or tell you "it's normal" and provide basic care to fix any issue temporarily, but Dr. Chang addressed everything that was said and unsaid and her staff did the same. NP.Margarita, her assistant Randi, and Maria were all great. Best doctors visit from beginning to the end.

However, the doctor was extremely informative and caring about what was happening and she wanted to give me all the information I needed and I'm the one that had to rush out. So yeah, it's just I'm just grateful that they were extremely helpful and they made me feel really confident about my upcoming surgery. Thank you.
