My only gripe is the lack of parking. This has become a much bigger problem in the last year or so. I can only presume that you patient visit/surgical volume is increasing. Prior to my last two outpatient visits, I have had difficulty finding parking in either the 15th street deck or the deck adjacent to the large clinic building. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment on 3/11/2026 because of this. I went through the 15th street deck twice and then went to the other main deck where I finally parked. I encourage you to expand the parking options at MCG! Everything else about the visit was excellent. The check in and check out were fast and the wait time was minimal. The staff as knowledgeable and friendly.

The professional staff was perfect. It was getting in and out of there, finding a parking space. Directions, I got lost coming in and leaving. It was bad as far as in and out. As far as the healthcare staff, they were great. They were very nice, very professional. No problems. They said some things I liked, which I didn't like, which they were being honest. And I don't have a problem with honesty. But anyway, it's just, it's too, it was too congested. Poor directions. It was, it was a mess. I don't like going down there. I'll be honest with you. It ain't about the personnel. It's about getting in and out of that crazy place. That was bad. All right. Thank you.

Dr Bolduc was very personable and informative. He did not need to wash his hands as it was a consultation.

I mostly had interaction with Dr. Benjamin Pitt who explained very thoroughly about my gallbladder issue and surgery. He took his time and never made me feel rushed. I did see Dr. Buldoc at the end. I'm hoping to get the procedure done sooner than later.
