Noelle Burkholder, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner with international healthcare experience across Southeast Asia, Canada, and the United States. She is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through evidence-based and culturally competent approaches.

Noelle earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Chamberlain University. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Cebu City Medical Center in the Philippines and later completed the Internationally Educated Nurses Academic Pathway program at George Brown College in Toronto, Canada. She is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Noelle provides primary care for adults age 18 and older at Wellstar Medical Group. Her clinical experience includes internal medicine, wound care, inpatient rehabilitation, emergency medicine, and acute care. She previously served as a trauma nurse and team lead at Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center, where she developed expertise in managing complex and geriatric patients.

She partners with patients to create individualized care plans that support long-term health and wellness.

Noelle is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and the Philippine Nurses Association. She speaks English, Filipino, and Cebuano.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, playing the ukulele, and traveling. She welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.

Sarah Putzer Controy, FNP-C, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Auburn University. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and brings decades of healthcare experience, including a strong background in emergency and acute care nursing.

Sarah specializes in family and primary care and provides services and treatments for patients age 5 and older. She offers preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health services, and acute care evaluations, with a special focus on cardiometabolic risk reduction, lifestyle counseling, and patient education. Sarah believes in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and partnering with patients through shared decision-making and individualized care plans.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and staying active outdoors.
