The front staff advises me that if I did not sign certain forms, I would not be seen today as a patient. I refuse to sign one of the forms. it worked out with the manager of the office, if Wellstar is going to start telling your long-term patients that they will not be seen as a patient unless they sign all forms. I don't feel that this is an acceptable practice. If continued I may need to look for a different provider. If this continues moving forward. I look forward to hearing back organization. Thanks
