I was seen quickly as usual by Dr. Jimmerson. He and the other staff are cordial and seem to care about me. The receptionist knew me as soon as I walked up to check in for the appointment. Also, there was a long line at the lab (it seems like the wait is getting longer than it used to be). But when it was my turn, the person doing my labs was quick and efficient.

Dr. Jimmerson and staff are excellent care providers. I have been with him over 2 decades! He is thorough, attentive, and listens to his patients needs. He is excellent at diagnosing and treating his patients with excellent care. I can't imagine going to another doctor for my general care!

I like Dr. Jimmerson very much, and he's very personable, and he asks questions, and he looks like he's concerned about you. One thing I have a problem with, and a problem with everybody that's on WellSTAR, is that they think that we know what those charts mean when they send it back, the information. In fact, his comment was exercise, and that was basically the only comment that I see that he did on the report. I had one thing that said it was high, I understand it was high. I don't know what it means, what it does, what's the purpose of that test. I think they should have a narrative on what this subject is besides the, if it's high or low. If it's moderate, I guess we just have to live with it. But if it's high or low, we should know what to do about it. I would recommend the staff, but this is the same thing that happens to everybody that's connected to Welch's chart.

Hvac out due to building construction is a bad idea during GA summer temperature/humidity. Plan construction when it's not 100 or 0 degrees. Or weekends, Webster makes more money than it should, you can afford to pay you C-levels less bonus & overtime for construction workers. I saw my bill, you overcharge.
