The one downside, as always, is the time waiting on the lab to draw blood, etc. 50 minutes this time, has been over an hour in the past. Shortest time ever was probably 20-25 minutes, still too long.

After you see the physician the WellStar nurses and others make it extremely difficult for patients to obtain refills , referrals or questions asked by the physician. For this reason many people I know have left the Wellstar medical groups. The people you deal with regarding these issues are both rude and non caring. Please be there for your patients and not assume nurses can practice medicine

1. I still have a problem with the ?nurse who brought me into the room. I never once saw her face. It was buried behind a computer screen while I was sitting in the intended chair. Also, she walked out of the room twice, very abruptly. 2. I find it incredibly odd that my blood pressure wasn't taken for an annual Medicare visit.
