After you see the physician the WellStar nurses and others make it extremely difficult for patients to obtain refills , referrals or questions asked by the physician. For this reason many people I know have left the Wellstar medical groups. The people you deal with regarding these issues are both rude and non caring. Please be there for your patients and not assume nurses can practice medicine

1. I still have a problem with the ?nurse who brought me into the room. I never once saw her face. It was buried behind a computer screen while I was sitting in the intended chair. Also, she walked out of the room twice, very abruptly. 2. I find it incredibly odd that my blood pressure wasn't taken for an annual Medicare visit.

Dr. Jimmerson is simply the best. My family has been seeing him as our PCP for many years and he always listens very attentively and shows genuine interest in our wellbeing. He is clearly at the top of his profession. Please do something about the lab that is in the building. Increase staff at key times. The wait is painful and unnecessary.
