During my last visit Dr. Jimmerson approved a refill for one of my medications so why is my pharmacy telling my that they can't get approval from his office? This has happened several times and is very frustrating.

It was fast and efficient- until I got to the lab. The lab staff worked as hard and fast as they could but I still waited an hour to get labs drawn. They need more staff. Overall the doctor was fast efficient and had a lot of clinical information that was helpful.

Dr Jimmerson is a professional who genuinely listens and discusses your health with you and the options to look at or consider. I am so fortunate to have such a qualified and caring physician! He should mentor your new Drs coming into family practice!

It seems things are backwards in terms of the timing of tests and consultation with my pcp. Why not first have a text conversation of how things are, then arrange for appropriate tests and then consult with my pcp with the results. This would allow for a more interactive relationship with my pcp. If that subsequent interaction then results in more issues, pursue them.

I'm not sure of the lady's name who drew my blood but she's a keeper. I have to have it taken from my hand & usually experience discomfort & bruising afterwards for several days. An hour after the draw I couldn't even tell I had blood drawn. Thank you sweet lady whoever you are.
