The office staff misplaced the surgical clearance form for my visit. This is the second time this has happened to me this year.

The NP was very good. She went into a lot of detail and did a thorough exam. She was much more thorough than the NP at Urgent Care whom I went to see for the same thing and she did nothing.

Sarah, the NP was amazing! My pcp, Dr. Ujjin didn't have any available appointments. So glad Sarah was on top of her game. Knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to and provided insight to my questions and suggestions for moving forward.
