I needed to have blood drawn and the lab was frustrating slow. I waited a while and only a 2 people went in and came out. There were quite a few people in front of me and I had to finally leave. The others waiting were growing frustrated as well. There was no customer service to say we will be with you shortly or sorry for the delay.

Dr. Malepati impresses me with her competence, professionalism, and sincerity. My concern is it consistently takes too long (typically over thirty minutes) to see the doctor, as it relates to my appointment time. During my most recent visit, the nurse said there had been a cancellation, so the doctor should see me sooner, and it still took almost thirty minutes. I do realize that patients have questions for the doctor, as I certainly do, myself. Maybe, more realistic appointment times should be considered. Dr. Malepati suggested that I get a blood draw after my appointment with her, but I optioned to get the procedure at a later date at the Wellstar hospital, because the two times I have received a blood draw at this facility, I have had to wait over an hour for the process.
