The front desk, the nurse (Lisa), and my doctor (Malepati) were patient and knowledgeable.

Dr. Malepati impresses me with her competence, professionalism, and sincerity. My concern is it consistently takes too long (typically over thirty minutes) to see the doctor, as it relates to my appointment time. During my most recent visit, the nurse said there had been a cancellation, so the doctor should see me sooner, and it still took almost thirty minutes. I do realize that patients have questions for the doctor, as I certainly do, myself. Maybe, more realistic appointment times should be considered. Dr. Malepati suggested that I get a blood draw after my appointment with her, but I optioned to get the procedure at a later date at the Wellstar hospital, because the two times I have received a blood draw at this facility, I have had to wait over an hour for the process.

I was supposed to get blood work done after my appointment with Dr. Malepati but I left after waiting for 15 minutes with no noticeable activity in the lab. The list of those waiting before me was about 6 people long. There seemed to be only one technician in the lab. I left.

Great attitude, took her time to speak with me about every concern. And I really appreciate her and the effort that she puts in caring for her patients.
