Yes, Veena Malepati or Dr. Malepati is very much concerned with her patients. I had an excellent experience with her. She listens to me. We discuss issues that I may have and I trust her wholeheartedly. Her staff is just as accurate with their care and their intake skills and I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

I updated my insurance information online on the MyChart before I went in, and they still had my old amount that I would have to owe. For some reason, didn't switch my insurance over, and I couldn't pay at the office. They couldn't fix it, so I'd have to pay later via mail or email, and I'd rather just pay there. So that was unfortunate. Everything else was good. The blood work took, you know, that was the only thing, the blood work. I couldn't do that because it took too long to do that as well. I'll have to leave to go back to work.

The whole staff was great today on my first visit. Lisa the nurse was efficient and welcoming. Dr Malepati was very patient, informative and kind. I felt That she addressed all of my concerns and given that I came to her because I wanted a new PCP, and I feel that I made a good decision! I appreciate Wellstar for all of my healthcare needs.

She reassured me regarding my concerns and told me to let her know if my condition worsened, or if I had additional questions at a later time. I had a friend with me and I was very impressed that she remembered both our names and called us by them as we left. Her medical assistant did the same, making my visit a very pleasant experience!
