Dr. Malepati is an extremely competent physician who listens closely and is very caring. She explains every aspect of your health care to you and is sincerely concerned to make sure you get the best. She is a great physician.

Had a 11:15 appointment with arrival time of 11:00am. Arrived at 10:55am. Was promptly checked in and in reasonable time shown to a room by medical assistant who took vitals. We waited 50 minutes. NO one came to the room at all during this time. I open the door to let someone know how long we had been waiting with my wife in a wheelchair when a different medical assistant said she was coming to let us know the doctor would be with us shortly. As asked given our waiting time what that meant. I said we were willing to wait another 5 minutes and she said the doctor would be with us in that time. We waited the five minutes and still no one appeared. I opened the door again to leave and still another staff person came along suggesting the doctor was in the next room as if that matter as now it was an hour later. We left after giving my wife's name at the front desk. This could have gone better even with the doctors delay if staff had been attentive in communicating and updating the delay. The patient's time should be valued just like healthcare professionals.

Yes, Veena Malepati or Dr. Malepati is very much concerned with her patients. I had an excellent experience with her. She listens to me. We discuss issues that I may have and I trust her wholeheartedly. Her staff is just as accurate with their care and their intake skills and I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

I updated my insurance information online on the MyChart before I went in, and they still had my old amount that I would have to owe. For some reason, didn't switch my insurance over, and I couldn't pay at the office. They couldn't fix it, so I'd have to pay later via mail or email, and I'd rather just pay there. So that was unfortunate. Everything else was good. The blood work took, you know, that was the only thing, the blood work. I couldn't do that because it took too long to do that as well. I'll have to leave to go back to work.

We waited the five minutes and still no one appeared. I opened the door again to leave and still another staff person came along suggesting the doctor was in the next room as if that matter as now it was an hour later. We left after giving my wife's name at the front desk. This could have gone better even with the doctors delay if staff had been attentive in communicating and updating the delay. The patient's time should be valued just like healthcare professionals.
