She was attentive to listening to the issues I had and remedies and acknowledgement of things that needed to get done and she was on, I guess, on topic for things that needed to be handled. Thank you.

Dr. Malepati had an excellent personal manner and carefully listened and reviewed all of the information that I provided to her. She reassured me regarding my concerns and told me to let her know if my condition worsened, or if I had additional questions at a later time. I had a friend with me and I was very impressed that she remembered both our names and called us by them as we left. Her medical assistant did the same, making my visit a very pleasant experience!

Dr. Malepati is a fine doctor, exceptional to talk to and do what doctors are supposed to do. I liked her very much. She's just a wonderful doctor, seems to be caring and all. I think she's very outstanding. I would recommend her to anyone gladly.

We had a really great experience with both the office staff, and Dr. V

It always takes so long for a visit all the drs order blood test and we have to wait 1 to 2 hours to get blood drawn never enough help here with all the Dr's. Then was almost put into there lunch time and would have to add another hour. You make us come in 15 minutes early then we have to stay half a day for Dr and blood . It shouldn't take this long.

I think it is crazy you can't get bloodwork done before your appt in order to talk to the doctor about it. I also think it is crazy that bloodwork can't be done at White Circle office for doctors that are Wellstar doctors that aren't in that office. I fasted to have bloodwork done and was told only the orders from that office could get the bloodwork done, not what my cardiologist wanted done too. Don't understand why not. The other thing that makes me angry is my primary doctor knew ahead of time that I needed that bloodwork for the cardiologist was needed before I came to see her and nothing was said before hand. Don't understand why nothing was said before hand. Does Not Make Sense!!!
