You all are taking on way too many patients. I could not see my regular doctor and had to see the nurse practitioner. I am well established patient of Wellstar Primary Care on White Circle. The service at this facility has gone downhill. I should be able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. A couple of months away with only 2-3 options is not good. I also waited an hour in the exam room. Time is of essence.

It took a while to be seen. Then once I was sent to go get lab work, the labs weren't put in right away causing a delay in getting those done. I was there for over 2 hours and I don't feel like it was necessary to wait that long.

I go to get my blood drawn somewhere else, they tend to poke around in my arm for the vein, every time. My primary care physician is fantastic, and I appreciate her.

The NP told me to "ask the lab for a stool sample kit." I did and they gave me a kit that my daughter used and I brought it back to a wellstar lab who informed that it was the wrong kit. They also provided me with detailed instructions that I did not receive the first time
