I was in exam room 6 right side. I heard every word the doctor and patient said in the room next to me. As clear if I was in their room. I am sure the person next in that room next heard every word that was said concerning my visit. No privacy. The wall does not close off. This is an invasion of my privacy and the other patient. This must be fixed. I am making note of this and if it happens again I will report it . Treatment was excellent. I saw Noelle NP and 2 other ladies and they were wonderful. Knowledgeable, helpful, kind. This was the first time I saw Noelle and I would see her again.

I was finished with my appt and waiting at the lab at 12:05 and finally got up at 12:23 to ask someone if they were open and they said closed for lunch till 1:15. The sign posted on the desk CLEARLY says 12:30-1:30. She said come back another day or wait till 1:15. I was the only one there and there were several of them in the lab chit chatting away. It was not 12:30 and completely rude to send me away the way she did.
