I am new to this office/provider with this being my second visit and just like the first time I met with Dr. Borgerding, I am thoroughly impressed with her. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and devotes her time to listening and finding a solution/cure for the patient's issues. I feel very blessed to have found her and will definitely recommend her to others.

The waiting time for the lab was too long. I waited more than 1 hour, and so many other people looked frustrated as well. It's important that the lab gets more staff members. I wouldn't be surprised that many people choose to go to another clinic if they have to wait for 1 hour for the lab each time.

I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room, and didn't wait long for the doctor. Everyone was pleasant, courteous, and professional.
