My office visit was amazing! The person who answered the phone to make my appointment was respectful and helpful. The office staff was very nice and and considerate. The medical team including the doctor took their time to ask have a conversation with me. They took their time answering my questions and gave me great information.

Everyone that I interacted with today from Dr. Borgerding and Jeanna in the exam room, Nicole in the lab (blood draw), Michelle (main front desk) and Megan (lab front desk) answered all of my questions and made me feel like I was the most important person while in their presence. Their time and pleasant dispositions made for an enjoyable experience for me at a doctor's appointment.

I trust this provider. I will consider her advice but I will question what she wants me to do. That is just the way O am. I DO NOT trust Well Star and I do not trust Dr.s. The medical system is a pill popping machine. This is no reflection on my Dr. just my opinion.

Horrible billing issue. Office billed Medicare for my 2nd Shingrix shot so when I went to Publix pharmacy to get it they could not give it to me since the office had a claim. Office needs to cancel the claim. Not sure why they billed that?
