Dr. Billingslea is always a wealth of knowledge and so compassionate in her delivery. I recently went to MDACC and she had already reviewed their notes as well as my Wellstar Rheumatologist's notes prior to my appointment and we had the most productive and proactive conversation, as usual. I honestly cannot say enough about Dr. Billingslea's level of professionalism, preparedness, and care. She is top-tier!

our family has been coming to see this practice for years and the current amount of care and respect shown by the physician and her staff is above amazing. She never makes one feel rushed or unimportant. In these times of changing medicine she and her entire staff are a breath of fresh air. Also, the lab staff always treats everyone with respect and never rushes even though it is quite evident that they are understaffed. They need to get extra credit for a job well done

In the examining room the blood pressure machine on the wall was broken. My blood pressure was taken manually which is fine. Also, the door that you open to place your urine sample also had a broken sign on it. Seems the facility is showing its age. Just a comment. It did not impact my care.

I've never encountered a doctor that asked me so many specific questions about my past medical history to get a clear picture of what is going on in it's entirety. I love Dr Billingslea and I'm happy that she is back. The med staff were great! The front office staff were slow to check in patients. Not sure why I need to see them when I did everything on line and clicked I am here. It should be either or. Every visit the front office staff are short staffed. The Lab Tech was less than basic. I was not greeted. She called my name and told me to come in the door and instructed what number "3" station to sit at. Never introduced herself. I was then given a cup and she pointed to the bathroom and told where to place it upon completion. My worst experience with a Lab Tech. There was a beautiful spirit there in the past. She would greet you, hmmm and explain everything she was doing. I am mad I forgot her name. I was looking forward to seeing her this year.

our family has been coming to see this practice for years and the current amount of care and respect shown by the physician and her staff is above amazing. She never makes one feel rushed or unimportant. In these times of changing medicine she and her entire staff are a breath of fresh air. Also, the lab staff always treats everyone with respect and never rushes even though it is quite evident that they are understaffed. They need to get extra credit for a job well done

Dr. Billingslea is always a wealth of knowledge and so compassionate in her delivery. I recently went to MDACC and she had already reviewed their notes as well as my Wellstar Rheumatologist's notes prior to my appointment and we had the most productive and proactive conversation, as usual. I honestly cannot say enough about Dr. Billingslea's level of professionalism, preparedness, and care. She is top-tier!

Appreciated the expediency the triage RN replied to my message and got me scheduled to see Dr. Billingslea in a timely manner. Dr. Billingslea really listens to me and assesses what I say with her exam to give her treatment plan. Her staff is always pleasant and professional.

The staff are very considerate of my time. They take the time to listen and answer any questions I may have. They never make you feel like your questions are not important or you don't matter. The folks in the lab are wonderful as well.
