I really like Dr. Billingslea. She always listens. She answers all my questions and has always treated me with respect. And it's a positive experience when I go there and when I get feedback. The nurse that works with her is very nice. I enjoy her. She answers all my questions and is very empathic when you're not feeling good or have issues. That's all I can say at this time. lab draw experience was awful. I waited for a good hour to get called back and there were only 4 or 5 people ahead of me. It seemed like they were skipping people at the top of the list. When I asked the nurse how much longer it would be (i needed to get back to work and ended up being at the office a total of 2 hours - way too long for a single appointment), she snapped at me because she was calling a patient up and I tried to ask a question. She apologized later, but still. Then she is the one who drew my blood and I have a gigantic bruise on my arm which is painful, and I have never bruised like this before after a blood draw.

I really like Dr. Billingslea. She always listens. She answers all my questions and has always treated me with respect. And it's a positive experience when I go there and when I get feedback. The nurse that works with her is very nice. I enjoy her. She answers all my questions and is very empathic when you're not feeling good or have issues. That's all I can say at this time. I appreciate it. Thank you.
