She took the time to address not only my physical needs, but my emotional needs as well. She cares enough to always ask about home life and family. She knows my hesitation about having to take medication. She explains the "whys" allowing me to make an informed decision about what is best. Dr. Billingslea is a gem!

I really like Dr. Billingslea. She always listens. She answers all my questions and has always treated me with respect. And it's a positive experience when I go there and when I get feedback. The nurse that works with her is very nice. I enjoy her. She answers all my questions and is very empathic when you're not feeling good or have issues. That's all I can say at this time. I appreciate it. Thank you.

lab draw experience was awful. I waited for a good hour to get called back and there were only 4 or 5 people ahead of me. It seemed like they were skipping people at the top of the list. When I asked the nurse how much longer it would be (i needed to get back to work and ended up being at the office a total of 2 hours - way too long for a single appointment), she snapped at me because she was calling a patient up and I tried to ask a question. She apologized later, but still. Then she is the one who drew my blood and I have a gigantic bruise on my arm which is painful, and I have never bruised like this before after a blood draw.
