In the examining room the blood pressure machine on the wall was broken. My blood pressure was taken manually which is fine. Also, the door that you open to place your urine sample also had a broken sign on it. Seems the facility is showing its age. Just a comment. It did not impact my care.

Dr. Billingslea was very thorough! Her knowledge, understanding, and explanation about my concerns and medical history were unmatched! I've never encountered a doctor that asked me so many specific questions about my past medical history to get a clear picture of what is going on in it's entirety. I've worked in healthcare for more than 20 years; Dr. Billingslea is rare and top notch in her approach when it comes to establishing a new patient! I would recommend her to anyone.

I love Dr Billingslea and I'm happy that she is back. The med staff were great! The front office staff were slow to check in patients. Not sure why I need to see them when I did everything on line and clicked I am here. It should be either or. Every visit the front office staff are short staffed. The Lab Tech was less than basic. I was not greeted. She called my name and told me to come in the door and instructed what number "3" station to sit at. Never introduced herself. I was then given a cup and she pointed to the bathroom and told where to place it upon completion. My worst experience with a Lab Tech. There was a beautiful spirit there in the past. She would greet you, hmmm and explain everything she was doing. I am mad I forgot her name. I was looking forward to seeing her this year.

I appreciate the printed summary of all of this that she gives me which is so helpful to refer to later as needed. Her nurse Chessie was efficient and friendly during my initial start of the exam, putting me at ease during the Medicare questioning. The front desk is welcoming and quickly checked me in when i arrived.

She made sure I understood every thing, she would address in my care before changing to another area. Everything about my care made sense and my questions were answered with assurance. The Who,What, and Why came together, thank you Dr. Billingslea. One thing I do question is, Why do the other employees not introduce themselves? I had to ask them their names after they got my I.D. Information. ?? Did not see badges.

As usual, Dr. Billingslea and her entire staff, her MAs, her nurses, front desk, everybody is always amazing. Everybody is always very nice, including when I go get my blood work done, which I didn't do this time. But every single person in that office talks to you like you are a person. It does not talk down to you. I was running late. I rarely run late for my appointments. and they were still really gracious about it. They didn't have an attitude because I came in, weren't huffing and puffing. Just an overall great office.

I had to wait about one hour for my blood test. I understand same wait but that was too long. I also had to take urine sample. My wait for blood test was longer than my physical exam. There have been a long wait for blood test last few visit

I would not trust another office like I do Dr. Billingslea. She is our family's doctor.

I had to wait about one hour for my blood test. I understand same wait but that was too long. I also had to take urine sample. My wait for blood test was longer than my physical exam. There have been a long wait for blood test last few visit

Dr. Billingslea was wonderful in every sense of the word. She greeted me by my name and introduced herself. She made sure I understood every thing, she would address in my care before changing to another area. Everything about my care made sense and my questions were answered with assurance. The Who,What, and Why came together, thank you Dr. Billingslea. One thing I do question is, Why do the other employees not introduce themselves? I had to ask them their names after they got my I.D. Information. ?? Did not see badges.

As usual, Dr. Billingslea and her entire staff, her MAs, her nurses, front desk, everybody is always amazing. Everybody is always very nice, including when I go get my blood work done, which I didn't do this time. But every single person in that office talks to you like you are a person. It does not talk down to you. I was running late. I rarely run late for my appointments. and they were still really gracious about it. They didn't have an attitude because I came in, weren't huffing and puffing. Just an overall great office.

Dr. Billingslea is so patient and addressed all of my concerns. She throughly explained everything to me and made sure I understood. I left out of the office with a sound mind and great information on how to move forward. I appreciate her more than she knows.

Dr. Billingsea listens to my concerns and always gives me clear and helpful information to address them. She thoroughly goes over everything we discussed and her recommendations before I leave. I appreciate the printed summary of all of this that she gives me which is so helpful to refer to later as needed. Her nurse Chessie was efficient and friendly during my initial start of the exam, putting me at ease during the Medicare questioning. The front desk is welcoming and quickly checked me in when i arrived.

My experience was pleasant from start to finish! Dr Billingslea is an amazing doctor. I would never go anywhere else. She is polite, explains everything perfectly and is so brilliant in all areas. I drive over two hours to see her. It is so worth it. I just love her and her nurse Chessie

I have seen Dr. Alesia Billingslea for a number of years and have loved the information and the attention that she gives to me every time. And to be honest, everybody in the office from the secretary people who check us in to the nurses and stuff that, you know, take down information and everyone has just been very, very nice. I love Dr Billingslea and I'm happy that she is back. The med staff were great! The front office staff were slow to check in patients. Not sure why I need to see them when I did everything on line and clicked I am here. It should be either or. Every visit the front office staff are short staffed. The Lab Tech was less than basic. I was not greeted. She called my name and told me to come in the door and instructed what number "3" station to sit at. Never introduced herself. I was then given a cup and she pointed to the bathroom and told where to place it upon completion. My worst experience with a Lab Tech. There was a beautiful spirit there in the past. She would greet you, hmmm and explain everything she was doing. I am mad I forgot her name. I was looking forward to seeing her this year.

Dr. Billingslea was very thorough! Her knowledge, understanding, and explanation about my concerns and medical history were unmatched! I've never encountered a doctor that asked me so many specific questions about my past medical history to get a clear picture of what is going on in it's entirety. I've worked in healthcare for more than 20 years; Dr. Billingslea is rare and top notch in her approach when it comes to establishing a new patient! I would recommend her to anyone.

In the examining room the blood pressure machine on the wall was broken. My blood pressure was taken manually which is fine. Also, the door that you open to place your urine sample also had a broken sign on it. Seems the facility is showing its age. Just a comment. It did not impact my care.
