They were nice enough to work me in for an appointment the very next day. Dr. Billingslea spent a lot of time diagnosing my problem and sent me for X-rays the same day. Their office contacted me later that day with my results and scheduled physical therapy for me. I could not be happier with the treatment I received from everyone there.

Dr. Billingslea listened to me patiently and answered all my questions. She is well informed on my past medical and past personal history and allows me to make informed decisions about my healthcare. She is the perfect example of a physician providing patient centered care always.

Regarding doctors, nurses, medical assistants, support staff, and technicians, I would recommend this facility to anyone based on the high level of professionalism, positive attitude, and individual concern. I would recommend however some additional customer relations training for the laboratory staff, although they are good at what they do. They really don't fit in with the above experience. This particular time, though, they were apparently short handed, the wait time for people outside was way too long.

First time here. I've been looking for a PCP for a while and without a doubt I found her today. Dr Billingslea was a breath of fresh air. Very thorough, professional and also very knowledgeable. Her MA was also very friendly and nice as well

Chessie her nurse is awesome too. Keeps things moving and anticipates your needs! Very friendly and kind also! Together they make an awesome team!

Dr. Billingslea does a great job and her staff, but the blood work department on this visit was not good. There were 15 or almost 20 people online that had been waiting for an hour and a half to get blood work done, and then they let other people walk in from the street and sit down in that room that had just walked in the door instead of putting their name on the list. So the blood work department needs some review, but Dr. Billingslea is wonderful. Thank you.
