The lab was very unorganized and had two sign in sheets which caused confusion. The wait was about an hour and a half just to get a blood draw. There seemed to be at least three techs working but two were not doing anything but chatting while I was in there.

Hello, Dr. Billingslea was amazing. Her nurse was amazing. From the moment I got in there, everybody was very nice. Dr. Billingslea was very thorough. She didn't rush me. She took her time. She answered the questions that I had and she explained everything to me. She looked up things, showed them to me, made sure that I understood what she was saying. The whole experience was just amazing. Like she is 10 out of 10. If I could do 20 out of 20, 100 out of 100, I would give her that.
