I absolutely love coming to Dr. Billingslea for all visits. She is so very knowledgeable, caring, personable, thorough, patient and professional at each visit. She has been my doctor for 4-5 years. Additionally her nurse Chessy is also very caring and personable. Wonderful team!

I simply love Doctor Billingslea. She always takes extra time to read my chart before coming into the room understand what's been going on with me and is ready for any questions and concerns. My wife is also her patient. We have already recommended her to several family members.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Dr. Billingslea, however, I am not pleased with the changes that Wellstar has made to get an appointment with the physican. I have had an ongoing health issue for the past month and wanted to see my physican, not a NP. I spent approximately 30 minutes total between talking to the scheduler (who said she was only able to schedule a sick appointment with the physician 4 weeks out) and then speaking with a triage nurse who, thankfully, helped me out with scheduling an appointment with my physician. The scheduling process is a disaster. I love my doctor but am seriously thinking of changing to a different health care system because of the scheduling nightmare.

The lab for taking blood only had two people. I had to wait about an hour to get my blood taken. Then only one bathroom for taking urine with a line of three ladies. They were doing the best they could but it was a long time to wait.
