Dr. Nooshin Kiani-Nia is a skilled neurologist specializing in multiple sclerosis (MS) and neuroimmunology, committed to providing compassionate, informed, and patient-centered care. She completed her undergraduate studies in Neurobiology at the University of Kansas before earning her medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine in the Caribbean. She went on to complete her Neurology residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and advanced fellowship training in MS and Neuroimmunology at the University of Cincinnati, where she trained under a leading team of neuroimmunologists.

With five years of medical practice and extensive exposure to both inpatient and outpatient neurology, Dr. Kiani-Nia has managed a broad range of neurological concerns from common, everyday conditions to rare and complex disorders. Her personal experiences with MS in her own family inspired her passion for caring for individuals affected by immune-mediated diseases of the central nervous system.

Dr. Kiani-Nia’s philosophy centers on empowering patients through education, open communication, and collaborative decision-making. She values building meaningful relationships with her patients and colleagues, finding daily inspiration in the people she serves. Her patients can expect attentive, thorough care and a clear understanding of their diagnosis and treatment plan.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Kiani-Nia recently relocated to Georgia with her husband and young son to pursue new opportunities. She cherishes time with her family and enjoys dedicating as much of her free time as possible to them.

Dr. Bruce Bosse received his medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, IL. He completed his neurology residency at the University of Alabama Hospital at Birmingham.

He is board-certified in neurology.

Dr. Bosse is currently in practice with Wellstar Neurology.

Dr. Jack Shen Jr. is a board-certified neurologist with fellowship training in Movement Disorders. His expertise includes the diagnosis and management of complex movement disorders and deep brain stimulation (DBS).

Dr. Shen received his master’s degree in biomedical sciences from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and medical degree from Wake Forest University. He completed his internship, residency, and fellowship at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He values a patient-centered care approach that assesses over time the unique neurobiology and needs of each patient who lives with a movement disorder.

Dr. Shen is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society.
