I would like to compliment Veronica at the office as she is very accommodating and knowledgeable and professional at her job and with my mom and just everything. Veronica is awesome. Dan Lee, nurse practitioner, is as well knowledgeable, professional, and very compassionate when we've had visits with her. And my mom and I have been able to open up honestly and emotionally with her. I would rate both Veronica and Dan Li as exceptional people. The only issue I had was not with the office directly. However, it was with the lab. I walked over to the other building to get my lab work done, one panel and one for a specific medication. Then later that afternoon the lab tech calls me and says that one of the the panels has to be done all the way at kennestone hospital downtown. Marietta. How is that possible? And that means I'm going to have to drive all the way over there. Pay for parking. Take 2 hours out of my time to go do blood work and I don't want to be double charged for a draw of blood for a specific medication when they weren't able to process it. That makes no sense to me
