I tried calling this office several times to make an appointment. I left a message as suggested by the voicemail. But I never received a call. With no callbacks I had to drive to the office and in person make an appointment. It was inconvenient. While was waiting for the staff to call me to the back I overheard a patient with the exact problem of leaving a message but no callbacks. They seem frustrated as me.
