Dr. Bosse's nurse was very nice. I had a lot of difficulty understanding her because of her accent, which was very thick. I asked for clarification several times but still wasn't always able to understand her. When taking the verbal memory test with five words, I couldn't understand her well, therefore, I was focused on the pronunciation without focusing on the memory. And then couldn't remember most of the words.

Dr bosse didn't look me in the eye. robotic. dr bosse never let me finish a sentence and interrupted me, some of my patient notes, inaccurate. very important for someone with a brain condition. I expect better from someone who specializes in brain disorders.

Dr.Bosse was so attentive to me and answered my questions. He viewed my scan carefully and explained every step of my concerns. Although he speaks in a low tone his words were very clear and I understood everything. I would recommend him to others is they needed a Neurologist. From the 2 receptionist and a great Nurse my experience was great.

Dr. Boss gave way too much technical information for my mom, who has dementia, clearly, and he was condescending, and it was like he was reading from a textbook and just trying to prove how much medical knowledge he had. He showed no compassion or empathy and was just interested in his own knowledge and not at all responsive to how I was responding or my mom was. I will never go back there again and my mom left there feeling terrible.

This office is so poorly managed and the people who work here are incredibly rude and incompetent. The nurse who took my vitals was ill and coughing all over me. The person who checked me out was refusing to schedule a follow up for me until I pushed her to go ask the doctor when I should come back. Horrible experience overall.

The experience was terrible, write down to the person in the lab that drew my blood. No one was cordial. No one showed empathy. No one was even really polite. The entire staff everywhere I went and I had to go to two facilities really just seemed like they were there to get a paycheck and we're not really happy at all with their job and what they were doing

The experience was terrible, write down to the person in the lab that drew my blood. No one was cordial. No one showed empathy. No one was even really polite. The entire staff everywhere I went and I had to go to two facilities really just seemed like they were there to get a paycheck and we're not really happy at all with their job and what they were doing

This office is so poorly managed and the people who work here are incredibly rude and incompetent. The nurse who took my vitals was ill and coughing all over me. The person who checked me out was refusing to schedule a follow up for me until I pushed her to go ask the doctor when I should come back. Horrible experience overall.

Dr. Boss gave way too much technical information for my mom, who has dementia, clearly, and he was condescending, and it was like he was reading from a textbook and just trying to prove how much medical knowledge he had. He showed no compassion or empathy and was just interested in his own knowledge and not at all responsive to how I was responding or my mom was. I will never go back there again and my mom left there feeling terrible.

Dr.Bosse was so attentive to me and answered my questions. He viewed my scan carefully and explained every step of my concerns. Although he speaks in a low tone his words were very clear and I understood everything. I would recommend him to others is they needed a Neurologist. From the 2 receptionist and a great Nurse my experience was great.

No recollection about hand washing. But all staff courteous and professional. Dr. Bosse superb doctor. Helped relieve my anxiety about complex heart/neuro problems. Thanks to all on Wellstar team.

The staff and the doctor and the nurses were very, very good, professional, helpful, polite and happy, period. However, it would be nice if maybe if you had some water in the lobby that the patients could drink while they're waiting to see the doctor.

Dr bosse didn't look me in the eye. robotic. dr bosse never let me finish a sentence and interrupted me, some of my patient notes, inaccurate. very important for someone with a brain condition. I expect better from someone who specializes in brain disorders.

Dr. Bosse was very calm, professional, and reassuring. He ordered the tests needed and suggested the course of action. His nurse was very nice as well. The office seemed well organized and all the staff was very friendly.

Dr. Bosse does not speak clearly - he mumbles or speaks softly so I have to ask him to repeat himself often.

Dr. Bosse I am sure is knowledgeable but his delivery is lacking. Talks softly and quickly. Hard to understand. I would like to use a different provider in the practice.

Dr. Bosse's nurse was very nice. I had a lot of difficulty understanding her because of her accent, which was very thick. I asked for clarification several times but still wasn't always able to understand her. When taking the verbal memory test with five words, I couldn't understand her well, therefore, I was focused on the pronunciation without focusing on the memory. And then couldn't remember most of the words.
