All the staff were very friendly even the nurses who don't speak Spanish were very receptive and the lady named Iveth (I think) who speaks Spanish was also very friendly.

I ride a motorcycle and was not allowed to park in the deck. Makes no sense. I park frequently in decks for doctor's appointments. What makes Wellstar's deck different?

I did not think it was right that they attended to the patient who arrived early for his appointment, which was half an hour after mine, before they attended to me. I arrived on time and it is not fair to make a patient who arrived on time wait to attend to another who did not have an appointment at that time.

Yes, the office was very clean. The staff was extremely nice. I just had difficulty understanding what the doctor was saying and with difficulty with hearing. I didn't understand the medical terms that was being used, so I don't know what my diagnosis was, but he did refer me to get an MRI and things weren't explained to the best of my ability to understand what he was saying, what the possible problem could be. And he said that he would print it out for me, but that's not explaining to me. And if I'm going to read it, am I reading in medical terms or where I can like break it down for me? So that was the only thing where I, someone else may be able to.
