Yeah, not coming back. I wish to be removed. Dr. Bose's patient. I will call this in as well. Somehow or another, where he got the information that I was diabetic and had my blood sugar in my A1C was 7.9, I don't know. Because if you look at my records, like I did, the highest I ever had was 6.1, and that was because I didn't fast. It was 5.8 again yesterday. So I don't know where he came up with, but insisted basically I had diabetes when I'm not, and I was controlling it with my diet. I'm done with him. Aside from the fact that his bedside manner is less than stellar, I think less than even mediocre. So I'm done. Thank you.

Yes, I trust the doctor and he seems to be very knowledgeable, but it's very difficult to understand when he's talking to you and guiding you. It's like, I'm not sure. I just have difficulty understanding him. I take my sister there for checkups. So I have to be on top of her health issues and it's hard. It was hard to... This practice would get higher marks but two things are very wrong. 1. messages sent via the portal are not handled timely or at all. If you call the office to try and get a message through you're rarely going to get a real person. For followup questions and contact this practice fails. 2. the check in process is overkill. I was asked to jump through so many hoops just to confirm and then register and confirm again and then a message asking if I've arrived yet. Come on. Not everyone has smart technology and can manage all of this. This is a neurologist office. Some folks are struggling and you make it harder. So, between the checkin nightmare and not getting timely responses or a real person, this practice fails. The Doctor is quite good. But, Wellstar's policies/practices make the whole experience not so good
