Dr. Nooshin Kiani-Nia is a skilled neurologist specializing in multiple sclerosis (MS) and neuroimmunology, committed to providing compassionate, informed, and patient-centered care. She completed her undergraduate studies in Neurobiology at the University of Kansas before earning her medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine in the Caribbean. She went on to complete her Neurology residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and advanced fellowship training in MS and Neuroimmunology at the University of Cincinnati, where she trained under a leading team of neuroimmunologists.
With five years of medical practice and extensive exposure to both inpatient and outpatient neurology, Dr. Kiani-Nia has managed a broad range of neurological concerns from common, everyday conditions to rare and complex disorders. Her personal experiences with MS in her own family inspired her passion for caring for individuals affected by immune-mediated diseases of the central nervous system.
Dr. Kiani-Nia’s philosophy centers on empowering patients through education, open communication, and collaborative decision-making. She values building meaningful relationships with her patients and colleagues, finding daily inspiration in the people she serves. Her patients can expect attentive, thorough care and a clear understanding of their diagnosis and treatment plan.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Kiani-Nia recently relocated to Georgia with her husband and young son to pursue new opportunities. She cherishes time with her family and enjoys dedicating as much of her free time as possible to them.

This was the initial visit and Dr. Nia spent a lot of time going over testing and asking questions as well as reviewing older documentation pertaining to my case and I was very happy with the amount of time she spent as well as referrals suggested.

This first visit was amazing. She went over my history and showed my the scans and results that was not shown to me ever before. She treated me so kindly and look at all the previous problems. Solved one of my issues of the pain in my foot at night with a simple pillow under it. I will sing her praises to all I meet.

The doctor was great, but the front staff lost some of my paperwork and I was there for two hours before they could find the paperwork and get me back to see the doctor, which is unacceptable. And I just think that they need to keep up with their paperwork when they get it in. They could not find my referral from the doctor and they need to be a little bit more on to it. Thank you.
