Dr. Donish Siddiqi is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides compassionate, personalized care for patients aged 10 and older. Inspired by his family’s legacy in healthcare, Dr. Siddiqi chose to dedicate his life to medicine and enjoys caring for patients through every stage of life.

He values one-on-one connections and takes time to listen, ensuring each patient feels heard and supported. Dr. Siddiqi focuses on preventive care, wellness exams, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions for children and adults alike.

Dr. Siddiqi welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans. In addition to English, he also speaks Hindi.

William Porter, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides primary care for adults age 18 and older at Wellstar Family Medicine in Holly Springs. He is passionate about helping patients take charge of their health through preventive care and personalized treatment for both physical and mental wellness.

Dr. Porter has special interests in men’s and women’s health, depression, and anxiety. He focuses on creating an open, supportive environment where patients feel heard and empowered to make informed decisions about their care.

Dr. Porter earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta and his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. He completed his internship and residency through Temple University’s program at St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware, where he also served as chief resident.

He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians.

Sydney Colon, NP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides primary care for adults age 18 and older at Wellstar Family Medicine in Holly Springs. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve their best health through preventive care, patient education, and compassionate support.

Ms. Colon earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Florida Atlantic University and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Mercer University’s Georgia Baptist College of Nursing. She went on to complete her master’s degree in nursing at Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts.

An active member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the Society for Collegiate Leadership and Achievement, Ms. Colon is passionate about lifelong learning and professional excellence. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, and she welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.

In her spare time, Ms. Colon enjoys playing the violin and drums.

Dr. James Donohue is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides comprehensive care for patients age 12 and older at Wellstar Family Medicine in Holly Springs. He is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve better health through preventive care, chronic disease management, and a personalized approach to wellness.

Dr. Donohue earned his bachelor’s degree from Northeast Louisiana University and his medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport. He completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.

A Fellow of the American Board of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Anti-Aging, Functional and Regenerative Medicine, Dr. Donohue is also a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Society of Bariatric Physicians.

Outside of work, Dr. Donohue enjoys fishing, exercising, and traveling.

Bhavika Patel, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the American University of Antigua and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She served as chief resident at the largest residency program in the country, the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Following residency, she obtained a Master of Health Care Delivery Science from Dartmouth College.

Dr. Patel has a deep understanding of value-based care and strives to reduce unnecessary costs for her patients whenever possible. She is passionate about building relationships and creating a sense of community to help individuals reach their health goals. As a holistic practitioner, Dr. Patel evaluates the whole person to address both simple and complex needs and assesses when specialists are necessary to ensure comprehensive care. She aligns care with other physicians on the care team whenever possible.

In her free time, Dr. Patel enjoys hiking, immersing herself in nature, and spending time with her Yorkshire terriers, Butter and Tosty.
