The Front Office staff & Back Office team were all very friendly and kind. The wait time was minimal. Sydney is just the BEST! She listened to my concerns and showed care and kindness. Sydney also gave me step by step instructions for having my labs drawn at CHP. This care team is the BOMB! Thank you very much!

My one criticism is that responding to an inquiry is too long. When someone calls for help and has to wait one or two days for information, this kind of response is not very good. Also, my chart is way too complicated!

This practice with my main doctor, Dr. Hunt Donahue, and all of the other providers who I see when I come there is just wonderful. They give solid medical treatment, solid personal care. and they never make you feel like your thoughts or feelings or concerns are invalid. They validate you and they treat you appropriately for whatever your condition is and guide you and comfort you and calm you. They're just really wonderful. And the front desk and the support staff, I just can't say enough good about them. I've been going.
