Yes, Ms. Sydney is very, very efficient. She explained everything that was happening with my inflammation and with my knee, and she's a really great nurse practitioner. Sydney put me at ease. She was thorough and she listened to my concerns. It may take multiple avenues to solve my current problem and she explained everything very well. I appreciated her kindness and professionalism and I will definitely return to see her next time I have a health issue. I returned the next day to have bloodwork drawn for labs. The phlebotomist was phenomenal. I had 13 vials drawn and she was so gentle and caring and I appreciated her very much. She made something that I dreaded much easier than I thought possible.

I have referred my mom and my sister (they are now patient ) and a member from the Church because Sydney is absolutely amazing and I really appreciate how wonderful she is at listening and hearing me and not judging and being compassionate and understanding, and welcoming of second opinions of like a chiropractor. And reaching out to other doctors to ask questions about my medical needs. She's honestly one of the best!! She needs a raise!!! she definitely deserves it.
