Today I experienced an above expectations healthcare experience. Check-in was easy. The nurse, Elizabeth, took my vitals and checked through my list of medications and supplements and we discussed any concerns I might have. Dr Donohue came in five minutes later. We discussed concerns and questions. He listened well and offered some good advice on my concerns and questions to do the best I could to stay healthy. An example of the way healthcare should be. Courteous, professional, listening and advice...all in a timely fashion. Checkin to check out and set the next appointment, all within 30 minutes.

The staff from the front desk and nurses were excellent in their personal care skills. Caring and helpful staff really make for a Great visit.

Doctor Donohues office has been excellent over the years. However I do not like the lab setup. I get my bloodwork every 6 months (fasting). After my appointment I went downstairs to the lab 9:30 am. Standing room only, im recovering from a spinal surgery and cannot stand that long. The lady at the desk offered to make a appointment, 9 days later was the earliest appointment. Ridiculous I like when Donohue was in his own office when someone from the lab came to you in the office. It's been that way since he moved into the Wellstar office.
