Dr. Porter is exceptional. He gets a 10 and the practice overall is a 10. The reason for the nines was I put in two things. I requested the appointment online in the app, MyChart, and the second thing was lost. It was not in there. Not a big deal. Dr. Porter handled it well, but that whoever took it from the app to my appointment for him lost my second request.

My visit was for my annual Medicare physical. I had expected more of a hands-on examination (i.e. check ears, eyes, throat, etc.) so I was a bit surprised when it turned out to be more of an interview.
