Excellent. I love that I can check in on the app. All information is available in the app. Walk right in. Receptionist is friendly. Took maybe 3-4 minutes for nurse team member to get me and take me back to the room. Within 5 minutes after being done with nurse the Doctor was in and the entire process was smooth. I have closer options to my home but I always have a longer wait so I would rather drive longer than wait longer.

This was my first visit with Dr Porter. I've been a patient of his associate, Dr Donohue, for many years. I didn't know what to expect from a new doctor. But he was great. I felt like I'd known him a long time. After hearing my symptoms, he ordered the right blood tests, and I already have the results. His assistant, Crystal, was great too.

He gave me information about what was going on and then multiple options to choose from to solve. He explained what he was doing each step of the evaluation. He genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of and not just rushing through to get to the next patient.
