She was incredibly friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain each part of my physical, as well as the different blood tests I would be having done at the lab. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire appointment and confident in her knowledge and expertise. I truly appreciated the care she provided and wish I could continue seeing her as my primary care provider in the future.

The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't say the exact words to explain what I was feeling sometimes, the provider corrected me and told me that I needed to "watch" my words. It made me feel less and I think it was unnecessary. I never talk to people like that. Even when I listen to them saying wrong words or pronounce incorrectly . It's okay to correct, but to say "watch your words", it's something I would never say to anyone as that statement is very heavy.
