Because my primary care provider was unavailable, this was my first visit with Dr. Patel. It had been somewhat of a stressful morning, but Dr.Patel's friendliness put me at ease quickly. She was very professional. And I just read her summary and visit notes in My Chart and it has been a while since I have seen such through notes.

I had a very positive experience with this practice. I was seen here instead of my normal provider at Bridgemill, and I really appreciated how smoothly everything went. Chelsea, the nurse, was very receptive, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. Dr. Patel was the same way - thoughtful, professional, and genuinely engaged throughout the visit. I felt heard and well cared for, and I would definitely recommend this practice.
