I made a mistake on the first question. I didn't realize one was a no, but I would rate it four. I would definitely recommend her to or refer her to a friend, and she was very helpful in listening very well. I would definitely, I am continuing my practice with her.

She took the time to introduce herself and listened carefully while I gave her my background information so that she could be familiar with me as a person. I felt comfortable and heard. Her nurse, Kimberly was great in helping me make the transition to a new team. Thank you to both of them.

Dr Patel was great!!! I was so worried about having a new Dr. but I got a lot of knowledge about, my knees, my blood pressure, and my medicines that I didn't know. She made me feel very comfortable asking her questions. She remind me of my other 2 Doctors from Wellstar, they always took time for me(Dr Starke and Dr. Owens) Crystal is great, she has a way of calming me down before she take my blood pressure. She is very personable. That is why I picked Dr. Patel. I asked if Crystal was still there and who was the Dr. she was working with, I figure Crystal wouldn't be working with somebody I couldn't trust( they have good teamwork together) ???????
