Kelsey Fortier, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners who provides comprehensive primary care for adult patients age 18 and older. She focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of both acute and chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol. Kelsey is dedicated to empowering patients to take an active role in their health through education and intentional lifestyle changes.

Kelsey earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked extensively in the hospital setting caring for patients with cancer, where she developed a strong passion for preventive care and wellness.

She values the patient-provider relationship and evidence-based care and works closely with patients to help them achieve their best possible health outcomes.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family at the ballfield and the beach. She welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.

Dr. Amber Driskell received her bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA. She received her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA. Dr. Driskell completed her internal medicine training at Tenet Atlanta Medical Center.

Dr. Driskell is a certified diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine.
