I arrived at 3, appt was 3:15, waited almost 20 minutes to be called, than waited maybe 5 to 6 minutes for the Dr to arrive in the room. But she was very friendly and listened to me. I liked the experience..

Dr said call if it got worse. The next morning it got much worse. I called the office and got a recording to leave a message and SOME ONE would call me back. I left a message that I was much worse and I need the Dr to call me and let me know what to do. (STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL BACK). I called and got your message and left my message, some one got my message ( on your end) and didn't care and deleted it or forwarded it to th Dr. The Dr either did not get the message or did not care and deleted it. This is not the first time this has happened. (You wanted the truth there it is.)

From the telephone appointment and the front office reception to my exit , the staff was very friendly , courteous and professional. The doctor listened, explained in detail and took care to moving me to a better place of wellness. Thank you Dr Brooks and entire staff. It's amazing how you begin to feel better just by how the staff in a doctor's office treats you.
