However, if this was known prior to appointments, why didn't anyone reach out to the patient who've yet to arrive? Patients are expected to arrive 15mins prior to appointments; otherwise, there are fees/ repercussions. Thanking the patient for waiting and apologies go a long way! That includes the CNA's. Hello, how are you? Sorry for the wait. Thank you, etc My CNA didn't. Was direct and straight laced the whole time. As if I made her wait an hour. Customer Service!

The CMA told me how many people were in front of me while I waited for Dr. Black. She was also very thorough in explaining what to expect during my appointment as a new patient and I appreciate that. When Dr. Black arrived she apologized for running behind and spent time getting to know me and was also thorough in her exam. I didn't feel rushed. As soon as I left the appointment I recommended her to a family member. She is awesome.

The staff is very matter of fact, very uninterested, seemingly not concerned with engaging in conversation or explaining perhaps why, when I had the first appointment of the day and arrived at the requested 15 minutes before the appointment time I was waiting for 35 minutes to be called back. The medical assistant had no bedside manner.

Definitely, the wait time was a long time. I got there at 8:15, 8:30. I didn't leave until 10, 10:30. So that's an extremely long time for a physical and make sure that the front office follows back up with information and text messages or emails. That's it. Other than that, Ms. Black is very professional, very knowledgeable. I feel like a family member when I'm talking to her. So that's it.
