I have never had a bad experience with this WELLSTAR location. The overall feeling is always uplifting and pleasant. I am old and move slowly but no one has ever shown an impatient attitude. Thank you for making what could be a stressful experience a pleasure!! AND I do LOVE Dr. Black !!!!

I am not tech savvy so my daughter helped me get connected for this virtual visit. She said it was easy. Dr. Black has been my doctor for several years now. I trust her implicitly. Her staff is always friendly and professional. Everyone listens to me when I'm trying to explain my problem(s). They're A-plus in my estimation.

I really don't like the virtual call. The office called me literally 5 minutes before my appointment time to do a pre check in. I was already logged in at the time I was supposed to. In addition I had to wait over an hour to speak with the doctor which drain my cell phone battery I would prefer office visits be done for patients not virtual calls

My PCP provider was very informative and kindhearted. I have nevered felt so comfortable in a doctor's office before but she was was very relatable to say the less. She should compassion and concern for all that I was going through. A great physician. God bless her soul.
