The CMA told me how many people were in front of me while I waited for Dr. Black. She was also very thorough in explaining what to expect during my appointment as a new patient and I appreciate that. When Dr. Black arrived she apologized for running behind and spent time getting to know me and was also thorough in her exam. I didn't feel rushed. As soon as I left the appointment I recommended her to a family member. She is awesome.

The staff is very matter of fact, very uninterested, seemingly not concerned with engaging in conversation or explaining perhaps why, when I had the first appointment of the day and arrived at the requested 15 minutes before the appointment time I was waiting for 35 minutes to be called back. The medical assistant had no bedside manner.

Definitely, the wait time was a long time. I got there at 8:15, 8:30. I didn't leave until 10, 10:30. So that's an extremely long time for a physical and make sure that the front office follows back up with information and text messages or emails. That's it. Other than that, Ms. Black is very professional, very knowledgeable. I feel like a family member when I'm talking to her. So that's it.

Today was very upsetting. The office staff were rude and unresponsive. I had to call three times to get an appointment changed with no answer. I finally called the nurses station. A triage nurse helped me and followed up with me. He helped get my appointment changed but the front office staff did not complete in the system. My appointment was given away and when I called to confirm they tried to act like they had never spoke to me or the nurse and somehow it was my fault my appointment was canceled and not rescheduled. When I came in I felt dismissed by the lady in the front and ignored. No apology no nothing. Dr. Black was awesome and kind and asked lots of questions and gave me lots of great info. I felt well cared for by her and is the ONLY reason why I will return. Other than that it wasn't the best experience.

She was very nice, very professional, but she also made the visit feel more personal and not just like a doctor's visit from the casual conversation and just the method of treatments that she wanted to get me started on. It felt really, really just like she really cared and I wasn't just a patient, random patient showing up to a doctor's office. So I really appreciated that after having some not so good experiences with my previous provider. So definitely appreciate her professionalism and her sense of care and making the visit feel personal.
