The staff is very matter of fact, very uninterested, seemingly not concerned with engaging in conversation or explaining perhaps why, when I had the first appointment of the day and arrived at the requested 15 minutes before the appointment time I was waiting for 35 minutes to be called back. The medical assistant had no bedside manner.

Dr. Black is very easy to talk to and gives good explanations on why a test or treatment plan is recommended. She is personable and shows genuine interest in me as a patient. Also, the office staff are welcoming and attentive.

I'm always treating very well beginning with the front desk representatives to the back office and then my doctor. She is excellent in her care and has exceptional bedside manner. She is very caring, compassionate and a great listener. Everything she tells me to do is very beneficial to me. She's the best and I have recommended her to my sister.

Definitely, the wait time was a long time. I got there at 8:15, 8:30. I didn't leave until 10, 10:30. So that's an extremely long time for a physical and make sure that the front office follows back up with information and text messages or emails. That's it. Other than that, Ms. Black is very professional, very knowledgeable. I feel like a family member when I'm talking to her. So that's it.

Great appointment! Dr. Black and her staff always give me time to talk about the appointment or any concerns. Would recommend this office to anyone looking for a doctor.

Today was very upsetting. The office staff were rude and unresponsive. I had to call three times to get an appointment changed with no answer. I finally called the nurses station. A triage nurse helped me and followed up with me. He helped get my appointment changed but the front office staff did not complete in the system. My appointment was given away and when I called to confirm they tried to act like they had never spoke to me or the nurse and somehow it was my fault my appointment was canceled and not rescheduled. When I came in I felt dismissed by the lady in the front and ignored. No apology no nothing. Dr. Black was awesome and kind and asked lots of questions and gave me lots of great info. I felt well cared for by her and is the ONLY reason why I will return. Other than that it wasn't the best experience.

The visit with Dr. Black was my first visit. I actually found her on Google by looking up physicians. I was greeted by a warm smile. She was very nice, very professional, but she also made the visit feel more personal and not just like a doctor's visit from the casual conversation and just the method of treatments that she wanted to get me started on. It felt really, really just like she really cared and I wasn't just a patient, random patient showing up to a doctor's office. So I really appreciated that after having some not so good experiences with my previous provider. So definitely appreciate her professionalism and her sense of care and making the visit feel personal.
