The only thing that I wasn't sure about when I left and I should have asked was I got put in to get an x-ray and I didn't know anything about it. And I guess I'm just supposed to go to a WellSTAR imagery place and just do a walk-in. But I had to look online and try to figure that out. So that would have been nice to know, like when she put me in for the x-ray that I could just go somewhere, WellStar imagery and could do a walk-in. Other than that, everything was great.

She listened to the patient and helped develop a care routine when the patient mentioned the amount of medicine being taken. Nurse Michelle exhibits a "we're going to find a way to treat this condition" and not give up when other efforts have not produced the desired results.

The visit was mostly good. NP was professional, but not really pleasant. No smile. Then I had to call for two days and the only way I could speak to someone was the nurse line. I got no follow up support. Through the schedule prompt...front desk voicemail, there was no return call. Nurse Shannon was the only help I received, and she was awesome.
