This was the best primary care experience I've had and I've been with WellStar for years. NP Lewis showed the most concern I've had from a practitioner EVER and the office staff was extremely kind and accommodating.

There seems to be a breakdown in communication between what's communicated in the office and the end result. For example, increase/ decrease of meds, RX refills discussed in the office are completely different from what the pharmacy indicates that was called in by the office.
