Elise Hurley Pacitti, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University. She has also served as affiliate faculty for the Kennesaw State University Master of Science in Nursing program.

Elise brings more than two decades of internal medicine experience, with a focus on managing complex medical conditions. She received her Certification of Advanced Education in Obesity Management from the Obesity Medicine Association and is certified in research management.

She specializes in obesity medicine and provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for children and adults. Elise offers individualized weight management plans, lifestyle counseling, and evidence-based medical treatments, with a special focus on metabolic health, sustainable weight loss, and overall wellness. She believes in partnering closely with patients throughout their weight management journey, providing encouragement and support to help them achieve meaningful, lasting health outcomes.

In her spare time, Elise enjoys spending time with her family, making music, and working with the special needs community. She also serves as a sub-chair of the Wellstar Community Engagement Committee, focusing on volunteerism.

Emily Alce, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from The Ohio State University and completed both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing at Johns Hopkins University.

Emily specializes in obesity medicine and provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for adults. She offers individualized weight management plans, lifestyle counseling, and evidence-based medical treatments, with a special focus on sustainable weight loss, metabolic health, and overall wellness. Emily believes in partnering closely with patients and serving as a strong source of encouragement and support to help them achieve their personal health goals.

In her spare time, Emily enjoys traveling, exploring new experiences around Atlanta, and spending time with her family. She welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
