As the first meeting it felt a little rushed

I think that Yanique, the nurse practitioner, is very helpful as well as guides you through the process efficiently. The only concern that I would point out is that it's very hard to schedule appointments at the Ostel location if you have a person that like Unique who is there as well. It's hard to schedule appointments at that location. You have to go through the Marietta and then it goes around. So it's quite difficult to do the Ostel, but I am happy with the services. I think, again, Yanique, the nurse practitioner, is extremely helpful and professional. Thank you.

I found it very confusing that the provider contacted me 30 minutes early asking if I could meet. I said I would be able to, but would have to use my phone from my car because I was driving to my office to use my computer. They indicated that was fine, but then was not able to connect through MyChart. She did eventually offer to call me and we met over the phone. I did not realize that she would want me to do labs before our visit, but I would have done this if I had been aware. The visit felt like I had done something wrong or to maybe upset her, but I wasn't sure what. Talking about weight gain can be a very vulnerable experience and so I wish the experience had felt more positive and compassionate.
