I was very nervous about this appointment as I've had several bad doctors' appointments this year. Both the provider and nurse were wonderful though. They really took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions without rushing to move on to the next patient. Donna, the nurse, also took the time to clean up some stuff on my MyChart that had been neglected, like removing duplicate meds and outdated health issues. This was the first appointment in several months where I didn't leave crying.
