I appreciate the ease of setting up the appointment. However, I'm not sure the information provided was really what I needed. As an African-American woman, I understand that there are different hormonal and think issues, and I just, I'm not sure if my provider fully understood that, and maybe that's just not her lane. But then my follow-up, I got the USDA MyPlate as option for healthy eating, and we all know that that my plate is not healthy eating. It is definitely lobby controlled and corporation motivated. So just wasn't sure that I got full great information. So I don't have a lot of trust in what I'm going to get from using this service.

Yes, she was a wonderful provider. The only thing that I have a problem is that she told us she was going to send a script in and she never sent the script in. So that was a little disappointing. I don't know if there was some confusion or what the answer was, but overall good provider.

My provider Dr. Patel was most attentive in listening to me. She was able to pick up that I had something upsetting to me while asking me questions. She took the time to listen to me and never once rushed me. Trying to lose weight involves so much more than the physical aspect of diet and exercise. The mental well-being is also a key factor. She definitely helped me by listening to me. I think her so much for truly caring.

I guess the virtual appointment, that's not bad. But I feel bad because the nutrition, they didn't, I was feeling like she didn't, doesn't care about my issues. And she say they going to send it to me with another doctor, their physician, and they got in contact with me, but they never contact with me. and I have to call and find out what happened exactly. But I'm feeling with the doctor, they don't give me enough information when I ask a lot of questions. And she looks like she's hurried or she is worried or she's angry. But I don't like exactly how the doctor take care of me. But like I'm saying, the virtual appointment does absolutely fine.
